They assured me it was no big deal ,they make their own hoses and hydraulic lines were leaking. I was told to come back on February 9,2026 for repair. That day after four or so hours it was done. I checked and it worked properly, gave me a bill for 1000.00 which I paid, I felt relieved. All was good until the first week of March, same symptom again. I was given a March 6,2026 appointment. They claim a different hose sprung a leak there are only 3 or 4 all together. Again they changed this hose and I was on my way. Last week in April it failed again and I was told to come May 5 2026.I showed up at 9:00 am, gave my key to the service man and took my usual seat in the waiting room. Two and a half hours later a man I had not met before said he was the service boss sat next to me and started to tell me they couldn't do this repair without getting parts from the original builder in Battle Creek Michigan. I asked was there any out of pocket to me he said 1100.00 more. Now what they have my 1000.00 and my van not repaired. Let me say each visit I travel 40 miles both ways and pay tolls and all on a fixed income. To care for my 38 year old daughter who had 8 brain surgeries and a stroke. Horrible, heed the warnings, taking advantage of the handicapped.
