I love that they actually care about the players improving their volleyball skills and working with the players to meet their goals- not just letting them make the same mistakes over and over. Next month I still recieved another charge to which I sent an email again requesting a cancellation on June 29th with no response and I was still receiving charges on my card. I received a phone call today October 11th..from a female speaker saying she was the manager. I again reiterated that I wanted my membership canceled and that I had been disputing the charges. She then stated they were going to fight the disputes and send my "unpaid balance" to collections. And that I need to fill out some form to cancel. She stated that since I'm a first responder that a collections notice would look bad for me. To which I said please just do the reasonable thing and cancel like I had initially requested months ago I don't have a contract it's just a month to month charge but She refused. Look the gym itself is pretty good quality and so are the instructors. But the way they do business is super rude and shady when it comes to management. The experience was not ideal for a kid who truly wants to learn the basics of basketball. The teams practice outside when it's getting dark. Your supposed to practice in the environment your going to play in (indoors) from our personal experience the Coach lacked the ability to coach. No correction on form, skill, performance during the one day practice then it's expected for the team to know what to do on the court. Our specific Coach, coached multiple teams and got plays mixed up, calls mixed up etc. it was a mess. The Starters team play the Genesis teams which are the travel league, played with each other more often and are experienced (makes absolutely no sense)only makes sense if your trying to kill the "beginners" confidence or if your aiming for them to hate the sport before they can learn to love it. They have middle schoolers in charge of the score boards and each game they kept messing up the scores.
