During an interaction on the gym floor, the GM initiated unprovoked physical contact. Utilizing her full body weight, the GM executed a two-handed shove, propelling me several feet into a piece of industrial gym machinery. The impact was concentrated on my left posterior shoulder. The entirety of the unprovoked battery was captured via high-definition, third-party video recorded by another member (JP) in the immediate vicinity while they were filming themselves benching. The footage confirms the GM's intentional use of force. Following extensive medical intervention, a (QME) has officially issued a Permanent Disability Rating regarding my left shoulder. Clinical diagnostics confirm a total and permanent loss of function in the left shoulder. I am currently on permanent disability as a direct and proximate result of the GM's (TG) actions. This establishment is now the subject of litigation for personal injury, battery, and gross negligence. Management's failure to maintain a safe environment has resulted in a permanent physical impairment. Prospective members and stakeholders should be advised of the severe lack of professional restraint and the significant legal liabilities associated with this facility's leadership. The financial and physical risks of patronizing this business are extreme.

I spoke to FOUR different front desk employees and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. The fourth person said they would find someone to help me, then left me standing there waiting until I finally had to say something again. What's frustrating is once someone actually decided to help, the issue was resolved quickly and easily. The lack of communication, urgency, and customer service was honestly unacceptable. I was recommended by a friend and I am soo glad I booked an appointment with her. I have a background in cheerleading and dance so my body has had a lot of trauma from injuries in the past. Lately I've been having a lot of hip and leg pain so I knew it was time to get worked on. I was scared to try cupping but Veronica was great at explaining everything and made me feel comfortable. She worked in all the areas I needed help on and yes it was painful but a painful good if that makes sense haha. After three days I noticed a difference in my body. I was able to fall asleep without my hip feeling numb and didn't wake up feeling uncomfortable for once. I'm going to try and go more consistently so my body doesn't go back to its old ways.

Today i remembered the re occurring payments and called to cancel. They had already ran the charge for August and my lack of following up with canceling is my fault.
