My wife was busy at an acupuncture appointment nearby, so I scouted the lay of the land, promising the shopkeeper to return with my wife in tow shortly. An hour or so later, I fulfilled my promise, and the both of us spend the next 20-30 minutes browsing, and conversing with the (very pleasant) shop owner. All oils and vinegars are available for sampling, as well as a sizeable selection of salts and seasonings. There are also pasta sauces and noodles, chocolates, olives and other pickled vegetables, mustards, jellies, and similar culinary accoutrement. Among my wife's favorites were several fruit-based balsamic vinegars which, when mixed with soda water, create some tasty, low-calorie beverages that also are great for treating the persistent heartburn and indigestion she was experiencing during pregnancy. Considering my other favorite oil and vinegar shop is a five-hour drive away in Leavenworth, having Navidi's in our backyard is a blessing, and a guaranteed regular stop for us throughout the year. Thankfully blue bee farms was open on a Sunday so we decided to go with them, it also happened to be the last day of harvesting. There was a tent with the sweet owners who handed out little baskets and buckets to help you fill blueberries, they also had little wagons which the kids had a blast riding and playing with. My niece also loved that they cute hats to chose from. They guided us on where we could get the best and most blueberry which at the time was behind the house. We had so much fun, our whole family enjoyed the time eating and picking blueberries. The owner said it was pesticide free so we could eat the berries straight from the tree. Some of the family who were skeptical about having a good time, had a blast filling up their buckets. The blueberries tasted so good too! Ordering, picking up and using their app is super easy and cookies are still delicious! They have added some different treats to their weekly menu, in addition to their fresh baked cookies. They now offer a variety of cheesecakes, cakes, pies, brownies and cups! They've really branched out to satisfy all cravings. If you sign up on their app, make sure you enter your birthday and they'll send you a free cookie voucher to use during your birthday month. Bonus! I've noticed when coming inside the store to order cookies, the majority of customers order from the kiosks on the wall next to the ordering line. I find that funny, especially when there's nobody in line up at the register, but to each their own. The employees are always welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating.
