Great cookies! I love the chocolate chip and the frosted cookies. The brownie cookie is also great.

It's been awhile since my last review and much has changed since COVID, so I feel I need to update some information. This is still a great, convenient location. Ordering, picking up and using their app is super easy and cookies are still delicious! They have added some different treats to their weekly menu, in addition to their fresh baked cookies. They now offer a variety of cheesecakes, cakes, pies, brownies and cups! They've really branched out to satisfy all cravings. If you sign up on their app, make sure you enter your birthday and they'll send you a free cookie voucher to use during your birthday month. Bonus! I've noticed when coming inside the store to order cookies, the majority of customers order from the kiosks on the wall next to the ordering line. I find that funny, especially when there's nobody in line up at the register, but to each their own. The employees are always welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Prices are a little high, but the quality ingredients make it well worth it, for me anyway. If I'm indulging, it needs to be worth the calories. These definitely are! This location is part of a strip mall, next door to Killer Burger. The store is always clean and smells so inviting. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

​These cookies are absolutely amazing! Even what I'd call the "mediocre" flavors are still far better than most cookies you can find in the area. I love their system of rotating the cookies weekly while thankfully keeping the classic chocolate chip as a constant. Plus, you can easily check their website to see the week's offerings--very convenient! The shop atmosphere is also really quick, clean and has a great system set up to speed up ordering. ​The Price Tag Dilemma! ​With all that said, their prices are steep. Four dollars or more for a single cookie is a lot, and that cost will likely price out some potential customers from trying them regularly. Honestly, if they brought the price down even a dollar per cookie, I think they would see a major jump in both new and repeat customers. ​However, they clearly know what they're doing; this is a chain that has grown and done very well over the last few years. Other places are now raising thier prices to match. Overall, the price won't stop me from indulging every once in a while. Great cookies overall! We tried the vanilla bean and the waffle cookie. When we first walked in, one employee with dark hair rolled her eyes and walked to the back, which was off-putting especially in a customer service role. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and was friendly and helpful, and our order was handled quickly. As for the cookies, the vanilla bean is perfect if you love very sweet cookies, while the waffle cookie is a bit less sweet, which I personally preferred. The delivery fee is excessive so go pick it up. Otherwise, the cookies are always good and the orders are always accurate.

Usually we visit the location in Lacey or Olympia as we live up here but we were down south and decided to pop in and grab some treats for my son. I've always been given a military discount at both locations I've frequented up here so when I asked for it the gal looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. She said it's not something the company offers and she seemed offended that I even asked. Rather than argue with her I just said well perhaps it's just something my location offers and just left it at that but she was quite rude about it and I will not be visiting this location again with the way she wants to treat service members and their family. read more

Can somebody say SWEET!!!! Crumble cookie is great but you must be committed to sweet. Every bite is a mouthful of flavorful sweetness. If you have health issues that prohibit or limit sweets, these cookies aren't for you. Other than that... go for it. Chewy, gooey deliciousness is what they are. The crumble team were pleasant and eager to train us in all things crumble. Check them out at least once. read more

I made the mistake of buying a box for my husband when Crumbl first opened up close to our house. And now he goes all the time! At least once a week! His favorite is the classic chocolate chip... but he has brought home an array of seasonal flavors, sugar cookies, brownie/ cookie, tres leches, strawberry, carrot cake, lemon... there's always something delightful. They are huge cookies so I was excited to see they have minis (to reduce the calories!)... some have been too sweet but generally they do a nice job of having a delicious cookie with a nicely balanced icing (if covered) to top it off. The online ordering or iPad is pretty seemless and they are quick in getting them out to customers. They always have new flavors to try so my husband keeps having to come back to try them :)~ ... but seriously if you have a cookie craving this is definitely the spot. No regrets! read more

Crumbl Cookies is an "upscale cookie" shop. They offer a very small selection, ranging from traditional to unique. There is a self-service ordering counter with two tablet devices, so you can order without having to interact with humans if that's your preference. Traditional cookies are things like chocolate chip (good overall) and peanut butter (not good - very dry, excessively crumbly, and tasted of raw flour). Unique are a double-frosted chocolate (think "Hostess chocolate cupcake") to Strawberry Pop Tart, a strawberry-filled cookie topped with an actual miniature strawberry Pop Tart. At the ordering counter is one of each actual cookie and a representation of each of three beverages available for purchase, so picking what you want couldn't be easier. They also sell smaller versions of their cookies in larger quantities for catering purposes. Purchased cookies are carefully packaged into sturdy pink boxes, each shaped to accommodate whichever quantity of cookies you purchased. Presented more as an "upscale" cookie shop, the cookies are a bit pricier than your average cookie. I typically buy them in a box of 4 for about $16/17? (I can't remember the exact price). But! The cookies are fairly big. I typically can't finish one cookie by myself--I share with friends--but it's not just because it's big but it's also very sugary and sweet. It really is up to everyone's own preferences but my friends and I personally think it's a bit too overhyped as the cookies are two sweet to be enjoyed fully. The nice thing about Crumbl that I really enjoy though is the constant introduction of new flavors each week. All of the flavors are fairly unique and fun to try out (I used to have the app to just check what flavors they had because it was interesting ahah). In addition, although there might be a daunting line (at least for cookies), they have a self-serve kiosk and the staff is very friendly and efficient, so it goes by quickly. Overall, I would say Crumbl may be nice to have at a party or special occasion with friends but definitely not for everyday (or even once a week). read more

Ordered my cookies online for pick up in Vancouver and it was such an easy process! You just need the app to order and pay over the phone. When I got to the location, it was very clean and organized. All the boxed cookies for pick up were in a designated area. It was around noon when I picked up my cookies on a Friday and it was a little busy. One of the workers greeted me and handed me my cookies in like 5 seconds! So quick and easy! I think Crumbl cookies are a little overpriced for just cookies, but I love how they have new flavors every week. Definitely a good variety of cookies to try every time. read more

Crumbl cookies were bookmarked on my Yelp for months now, except it was the ones across the river in Oregon. One day I went to killer burger next door and was overjoyed to see that they were doing construction on the unit next door and it was going to be crumbl cookies! I waited impatiently for word on when they would be actually opening. Once they opened I decided to wait a bit for the hype to die down and to see what people were saying about this location. Lots of mixed reviews. Here's my experience: I ordered online while driving there (I was about a couple minutes away). It was a spur of the moment visit since we were in the area. I indicated that I wanted to pick it up ASAP. We pulled up into the curbside parking stalls (2 right in front of their storefront). I indicated that I was here and in less than a meeting I was greeted with a smile and a pink cookie boxes! The box of cookies were nice and warm. I ordered all the warm ones in one box and the refrigerated one in another box. They were sold out of one cookie, so I ended up only purchasing five to try all the different flavors. The cookies are pretty rich, so I cut them all into fours to try a little bit of each. Sugar cookie: tasted like an almond cookie with sweet buttercream frosting. If you eat the cookie together with the frosting it has a nice balance. German chocolate cookie: the cookie itself is a chocolate chocolate chip cookie. It was very tasty. I thought that the coconut topping was a little sweet. It could use less. Berry cookie: this one tasted more like an authentic sugar cookie, rolled in sugar, and topped with frosting and cereal. This one was also smaller in size compared to the other cookies. Peanut butter chocolate chip cookie: good amount of peanut butter flavor throughout the cookie and the chocolate chips were a bonus! Chocolate chip: yummy chocolate chip cookie! Very basic, but good! The cookie texture was perfectly fine. Yes it is somewhat underbaked in the middle, but the edges are nice and cooked. I wouldn't say that these cookies are anywhere near raw though. It is pricey, but I think that I will only come here occasionally, so it's worth it! read more

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?! This was truly one of the best experiences at a "place in general" in YEARS! Especially since COVID. It was a hole in the wall location, that was slightly hard to find. Clearly popular, with hard workers employed. It was also such a pleasant ordering experience, using the tablets. (My Mom was definitely confused, and was able to share in that confusion with another woman her age lol!) I was confused though, why did a cookie store only have a few options? Well, I quickly learned that they make new items very regularly. But they also make the best cookies you'll ever have. They make some that seem like they'd be WAAAY too sweet, and hurt to eat. But they're not. Unfortunately, they have this one weakness...making chocolate chip cookies that are better than any homemade one you could do. ALSO THEIR COOKIES ARE HUGE! One's enough. Maybe two, if you're having it as half your meal. That first bite of their chocolate chip cookie was an experience. I hadn't felt a bliss like that in a while. I was told 20 minutes ago that I was waiting on streusel topping for my caramel apple cookie. I have NOW been told to wait 20 more minutes. I don't mind waiting but I would appreciate knowing a better approximate time. This experience has me questioning if I should return. If it takes an hour to make the streusel just tell me... When you walk into the bakery, it smells absolutely amazing! The staff is friendly and welcoming! Definitely cure my cookie fix! I've recently tried 6 of their cookies and have been impressed. My favourite so far has been their newest addition, Passion Fruit. An honourable mention also goes to their Milk Chocolate Chip; as simple as it is, it's the best chocolate chip cookie i've had. My least favourite has been the Confetti Cake sugar cookie as I found it dried than the Classic Pink Sugar. For the price, you do get a fairly big cookie! Its $15 for 4. Got into a little cookie craving I somehow managed to find this place. Downloaded their app through the app store to see what's going on. Their app is pretty easy to use and you can order your cookies through it which makes it easy but we decided to go into the store to do the ordering. You'll find a couple of touch pads where you can order or you can wander up to the register to order. I would say if there's a line it's better to use the app or the touchpads cause I could imagine how long it could be while people pick out what they want by looking at their display. Their cookies are a little expensive but you really get what you pay for here....this aren't your regular grocery store cookies you'd by buy the dozen. So I ended up picking out 6 cookies and they were still hot when I got them.....*droool*. I would say the smores and sugar cookie were my favorites. Update: My review score was updated after the store manager and Crumbl customer service reached out to resolved my issue. Employees will also be retrained to meet the company's commitment to excellence standards. Thank you! Apparently this is what spending nearly $40 on a dozen Crumbl Cookies gets you at the Hazel Dell location. After waiting almost 30 minutes on curbside pickup for an order I placed the previous night, I ended up having to go into the store to pick them up myself because the employee was confused on where to locate cars in the parking lot. Once I finally received my cookies, I was told they were out of the correct size boxes so they put them in smaller boxes. At some point someone thought it would be a good idea to stack cookies on top of warm iced cookies leaving mess of expensive ruined cookies. I understand this is a new location, but this isn't rocket science. read more
