The bar making experience is in the back but Tim the owner said they are expanding their Pearl location so in the future this experience will be over in their other location. Tim was funny and engaging and gave an amazing presentation about chocolate and their shop's history and future. I loved that they take pride in their sustainability and responsible sourcing and were so touched by their family stories. You can clearly feel the love and the passion for chocolate and the joy they bring with their tasty treats and experiences. The whole experience took about 2 hours (hairnets and all) but we really learned a lot and got to be creative with our toppings and took home our yummy treats (and bought extra chocolate from the shop).
