This location is on a church campus. That was a little confusing initially. We went in around 10:30 - the place was not busy, but to be expected on the time/day we were there. The gentleman taking our order was nice and welcoming throughout our visit. We waited much longer than I would have anticipated based on the type of place it was an that we were one of two customers there when we arrived. We didn't start getting our food until 25 min after we arrived - and then it was only part of it. I was excited to try the food, based on the star level and other reviews. We got three tapas, two tacos, and a burrito to share. The food lacked flavor overall. The steak was a bit tough. Chorizo had an odd after taste. I think the spicy Mayo is their "go to" for seasoning. The birria was awful - no flavor at all other than the fresh onion on top. My favorite of what we had was the empanada, but the price was high for a single empanada with a tablespoon of filling. We ordered elote as well, but after 45 min, it still wasn't ready. We decided to leave and just consider it a loss. They handed it to us in a to go bag as we were leaving, so I haven't even tried it. read more

Excellent Mexican food / tapas and they also sell coffee drinks. The patio is a nice peaceful location. It's hard to find that around this part of town. The food tastes really fresh with generous portions. My favorites are the bacon breakfast burritos and the chicken bowls. It's located in the center of the Pure Heart Church campus in building 600. First, let's talk about the food. 4 stars. I loved that they brought mild/ medium and medium/ hot salsa out with the chips. Thank you! The portions are big - one of us got a burrito that I swear would be 3 meals for me. My husband and I shared the 4 street taco plate and still had leftovers. It was all good, the refried beans were delicious! The carne asada meat was a little dry but that's ok. For the food alone, you should try this place! BUT ... let's talk about the service ... one star. Manager, if you're reading this, we were there on November 20 around 5:30 p.m., our waitress was less then attentive, and when she bothered to check on us she was clearly annoyed. "Do you need something?" "Are you done?" Type of attitude. "Can we get a coke refill and some water?" Brings Diet soda and no water. "Can we get 3 to-go boxes?" She brings about 10 and asks "how many do you want?" She didn't seem rushed, just rude. And the girls at the hostess stand were too busy on their phones to remember that they were supposed to be working. All in all, if you want decent food try this place! We have only had their breakfast burritos and the corn but I liked them. I love chorizo but there was to much (I know, it cannot have enough but it was to much for me) so now I get the egg and cheese. I love the corn! The only negative I have is it is a little pricey. I stopped in here on the recommendation from a coworker. I had the steak breakfast burrito. It was one of the best breakfast Burritos I've had anywhere. I highly recommend this place. It is located in the Pure Heart church parking lot nestled between two of the church buildings. They also serve coffee and have a nice covered outdoor patio area. read more

There's something we got to taco bout! Okay so I went in today and ordered some fish tacos, cheese quesadilla, and bean dip. Literally it was all inedible! Fish was super cold and smelly. It says on there menu that the fish is fresh but that's definitely not the case. They literally take the cold fish that is pre cooked from hours earlier and put it on a cold tortilla, it really put the worst taste in my mouth. This is my second time here and I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. The first time I came a got a chicken taco and it was just okay nothing special but the lady that was helping me had to ask me if it was for here or to go about 3 times because she kept on forgetting. And still made it for there when I said Togo 4 times. Also heads up Beware of adding poblano peppers they are refrigerated cold, poblano pepper really should be fresh off the grill or at least warm. read more

They have great tasting food for a very good price. Fortunate this place place offers one friendly (vegan) plant base option. That work well for me and my girlfriend. Only downside of this place is that it's a little tucked in. Hidden from plain sight but once you park no matter where in the parking lot go to the center and that's where you'll see. read more

I love this spot but the past few times I've come staff is not wearing a mask or wearing it inappropriately behind the line while making food. I have complained and nothing is fixed. I witnessed a worker pull his mask down rub his nose and mouth and then proceed to continue to make food without washing his hands. I honestly love this place and their food is to die for. They make it very well and the owner is amazing as well as the male GM. However today I did not have as an accommodating service as I usually do. I have probably been here 20 times and I've introduced people to the place and they are so grateful for that. The GM is always nice and accommodating but today he was not here. The manager on duty didn't seem to have much customer service experience. I asked for a steak and bacon burrito and they ended up making me two separate burritos which I still had to pay for. Once I made them aware of the order mistake nothing was done to correct it or an apology of any kind. And then when I ordered my hot latte I ordered a warm one and made it clear I needed it cooled down. When my latte was handed to me it was scolding hot and I jumped a little which made the coffee spill onto my hand. Plz girls. Get more costumer service experience in. read more

Brushfire is fire but the employees at this location are rude, I said hello to one of them 3 times and was completely ignored, ruined my whole breakfast. I'm not coming to this location anymore I'd rather drive the extra miles not deal with rude servers when it's our money that pays their bills and puts food on their table read more

Ordered through Uber eats and didn't receive any salsa as selected or the chocolate sauce with the churro dessert. When called to inform them of the mistake the girl that answered argued with me & blamed me for it saying it was my fault & I must not have chosen the sauce!?! This made zero sense as the actual title of the dish is Churro with chocolate sauce! I explained that when ordering I wasn't even given a choice in regard to selecting chocolate sauce or not & as the menu name & description lists it, it doesn't come across optional at all. She then tells me she's going to hand me over to the manager (which is who I thought I was speaking with in the 1st place) & hangs up on me instead! Horrible customer service.
