One of the best wines we have found in North Texas We stop by to restock our wine fridge every time we make it by. Award winning wines for good reason

We had a very enjoyable dinner at Brushy Creek's Wine Maker Diner on 11/9/19. I had never been to the winery before but would love to go back during the day to be able to see more. The four course Dinner paired well with the offered wines. Megan Potts the chef was interesting and very approachable. Rob Clinesmith, the winemaker was a great host. I look forward to enjoying another event.

Yesterday I was on a wine tour bus of 53-56 people, Brushy Creek Vineyards was one of our stops. As soon as I saw their logo, I knew this was going to be special because I own a bottle of Sangiovese. We were greeted by Mr. Les and another lady. Mr. Les had a passion for wine and he shared his pride for growing wine in the state of Texas. He was educated and passionate and I was ready to learn. He took us on a tour of the winery, explaining detail after detail. My favor part was being able to add a an oak chip in our wine, boy does it change the favor to something special. In the tasting room, there was confusion on what you could taste. The ladies wanted to split the group into sweet and dry. However, I wanted to taste both. ...not all, just both. I wanted to taste 3 sweet and two dry. It was a little disappointing. All the wines I tasted were very good. If you enjoy wine and have the time to make a quick stop, it's worth it.

I love Brushy Creek Vineyards. My friends and I stopped by the vineyards on our way home back from Oklahoma this past weekend. The place is so quaint and the owner and the staff were so sweet and accommodating. We've been to a couple vineyards and none are as personable as Les and Candy this past Sunday. Mr. Les gave us a tour of the winery and Candy was in charge of the wine tasting. She usually handles the wine club but had to fill in because one of the girls had to leave due to a family emergency. Although they were short staffed they were so friendly and generous and always had a smile on their faces. We did a wine tasting, each bought a couple bottles of wine and enjoyed ourselves so much. The wine was reasonably priced and tasted really great. If you are in the area I suggest you stop by and visit this gem, taste some wine, and sit out on the patio with some cheese and crackers. If its chilly outside you can build a small fire and get cozy.

We had a wonderful experience of tasting and learning more about wine production from Ann, the owner of Brushy Creek Winery.

We popped in on a Saturday on our way home just to check it out…read more The winery is small, parking for 10-15 cars. You walk up to a next covered patio overlooking the vineyard. Plenty of seating for people or groups. There was a couple doing a tasting so we just selected a rise and cab an went to sthe patio. patio. There are tables inside right outside of the wine making area and for sitting in cold weather. There was also a selection of wine glasses, wind chimes and other wine drinking accessories. They have charcuterie but we did not partake this time.

This is a functioning winery a little off the beaten path but well worth the visit…read more They have a nice selection of wine that they have picked from the grapes they've grown, fermented, and bottled themselves. I have some favorite wines: Tempranillo Red Zinfandel Tempranillo was my favorite but I think it might be the red Zinfandel now. My wife likes sweeter wines or off dry wines and there are plenty of those also. They have tastings and plenty of other events on the weekends. They often have live music and when we went during the winter, there was a fire pit that was so nice! There was a food truck the last time that was phenomenal! They have really cool little activities also. I am jealous that I work most weekends! I recommend this business! They have a website and I think there is a FB also. Come out and enjoy some wine and cool stuff!

My favorite winery, my favorite wines…read more My favorite Charcuterie also made with the local Fischer's Meat Market meats & cheeses. Local pecans etc., Arché knocks it out of the park every time with their locally sourced scrumptious gourmet pairings. Every event we have been to was simply divine, Completely magical. The sangria is also fabulous. Hubby is not even a sangria drinker & he can't wait till Spring to sit on the Arché patio & have another beautiful Arché sangria. And moi? I am looking forward to many days, evenings and sunsets, years of magnificent sunsets with hubby & my other one & only true love, Arché Texas Rosè. "La Vie en rose" (the pink life) Oui Oui! Amy & Howard: "Sorry we missed the Christmas Party we had to leave Dallas a day early to get to Santa Fe. Thank you for the updates on the upcoming events, I not only appreciate you e-mailing me, I most certainly look forward to them, they are essential for planning ahead! The Valentine's day wine & chocolate looks fabulous, we will see you then!" PS. tried to stop by yesterday but when I got to the gate I realized you were closed.
