Charlie had the hostess pretty much lie and tell me that they attempted to scan my Gift card and work through the problem in the back, but little do they know that I could see them and I watched them only discuss and Charlie pretty much just shook his head and said no and sent hostess back to me. Sorry Charlie, but do better. Restaurant was not busy and you could have at least tell me in person. I just can't believe that they would dismiss me like that. I have a useless $40 gift card.
