They will make, give your order first and then you provide your payment. I ordered three small cake cones and once they brought out the first one it was two huge scoops and I realized it was too much for us. Oliver informed us the small cake cones comes with two ice cream scoops and if we wanted one scoop we could order the kids cone. He changed our order to kids cones. I really love Bruster's. They have a massive selection. Their prices are not hateful. If you get on their email list then you get deals on the regular. Didn't take photos this time around but we came recently for dessert. Brought our dogs because they love the pup cups, made with coconut ice cream. They offer these at no cost and each cup comes with a small milk bone. Such a fun treat for our four-legged babies and yes...they are welcome on the patio! Wife was craving a hot fudge sundae so we decided the best place was Bruster's! She got her sundae with vanilla ice cream and I chose a waffle bowl with a scoop of black cherry chocolate chunk and a scoop of the banana pudding. I have been here multiple times and have used both the drive thru and the walk up window. The ice cream has always been good, no matter what flavor I get. The service however, is a hit or miss. The employees seem to be mostly teens and so I get the impression that they do not care about providing good customer service. The ice cream is already pricey as it is and yet they still expect you to tip them. I'm not against tipping and I always do but when I'm not being treated like a valued customer then that is when I don't tip. (we were the only car in line) the ICE CREAM was delicious, and had chunks of sweet bits! The drive thru to pull up to the window and got a $3 coupon for signing up! We ordered key lime pie and graham central station as well as a double fudge brownie and salted caramel. The smalls are small, even though they are two scoops. They are small scoops, which is perfect because I just ate my weight in sushi at Yanagi.
