    Graham central station

2 scoops = small cup. Graham central station - new favorite ice cream flavor of my life. It's like cookie dough, but BETTER. Chucks of graham cracks with... idk if it's vanilla, but something like it. DELICIOUS. White turtle was good. Not out of this world like graham cracker. Couldn't really tell how it's different from regular white turtle? But it's white turtle ice cream... how could it be bad? The girl was nice and friendly. And generous ;) LOVE IT!

I have been to this location quite a few times over the last six years we've lived on this side of town. It has drive thru so that helps considerably. I can't give one star, but this last time really irritated me. Going through last night I see the sign stating two waffle cones for $8. Sounded good. However when we mentioned it to the worker he told us that he was told by management to not honor ANYTHING ON THEIR SIGN. That's blatantly FALSE ADVERTISING. Ice cream was fine, and the young man was doing as he was told but if you post something YOU HONOR IT, or change the sign!

It took us 30 minutes through drive thru to order an ice cream cake. And once we got to the window, he asked us what we wanted the cake to say, I wrote it down. He gives it back with the worst handwriting on it, and misspelled birthday as "birthay." I'm pretty pissed. Do not order cakes here...

    Banana Split with hair

This is disgusting. There was a hair deep in my ice cream. I got the ice cream to go, got home and saw this. This is why they need to wear hair nets! And gloves, I've visited several locations and none do it right. None have hair nets on and few ever wear gloves. Safe to say I will no longer be buying ice cream from brusters. To the guy who made the ice cream, you have long hair, wear a hair net. Nasty

My 3 year old niece could wrote this better and the name is spelt wrong.

This is a real disappointment. They spelt the name wrong. I will never come back to this location. Really sad even the "happy birthday" is not line up

It appeared to be one of those self-serve places, but I didn't see anybody that worked there. So I stood at the counter and called out for help. A girl came out from the back, holding her cell phone and looking at it while she was walking to me. She didn't ask how she could help us or greet us in any way. I told her I wanted to make sure they were open before I got some yogurt and she just continued to look at me. About half of the yogurt machines didn't have a flavor available. Then there were a few that didn't work. I tasted a couple of them and they all tasted like chemicals to me. The only one I could really tolerate was the tart yogurt so that's what I got. When I went back up to the counter, the girl was in the back again, and I had to call for her to come back out again. Again she walked out holding her phone and looking at it the whole time. She rang us up and then we went to sit down, but the first bench with tables the bench had a big hole in it with stuffing coming out. It looked terrible and disgusting. We sat a little ways down where the bench was intact. I was going to take a picture of it, but some people that came in after we got there actually sat on that bench. Gross! While we were there, several other parties came in and each time the girl was in the back and came out, holding onto her cell phone and looking at it the whole time. I mean come on I get it. We all look at our cell phones, but it was way over the top.

As we walked up to check out the menu, the cashier--Jason--immediately offered us samples of their soft serve flavors. That alone was unexpected, but it got even better when he told us we could try up to three flavors. Great service right from the start. We sampled the premium matcha, milk, and black sesame, and honestly, we were shocked by how generous the sample portions were. They weren't tiny bites either--we were actually getting full just from tasting everything. Premium Matcha (3/5): This is definitely geared toward true matcha lovers. It had an authentic, earthy, slightly bitter profile with grassy, umami-rich notes and a clean finish. You can tell it's high quality and not overly sweetened, which is a plus--but it leaned a bit too bold and bitter for our personal taste. Milk (5/5): This one was our favorite. It had a light, delicate sweetness with a smooth, velvety, creamy texture. The flavor was rich but not heavy, almost like a fresh dairy softness with a subtle vanilla-like warmth. Super comforting and perfectly balanced. Black Sesame (4/5): A really unique flavor--deep, toasted, and nutty with a slightly savory edge. It had a roasted aroma, a hint of natural bitterness, and a lingering sesame richness that made it feel complex and satisfying. Definitely something different if you want to try a less common flavor. After finishing the samples, we ordered a milkshake ($6.27 with tax) and asked if we could mix the regular matcha with the milk soft serve. Jason had no problem with that at all, which we appreciated. We also made sure to tip because the service and generosity really stood out. The milk/matcha milkshake itself was amazing--ultra creamy, smooth, and well-blended with a silky texture. The sweetness was just right (not overpowering), and the matcha added a subtle depth without being too strong. It was refreshing, satisfying, and honestly the perfect after-dinner dessert. Light enough to enjoy comfortably, but still indulgent. Overall, great flavors, super friendly service, and a welcoming experience. The generous samples and flexibility with orders really set this place apart. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the Jusgo food court and craving something sweet!

The girl that got our ice cream was darling and so kind. She was the best! Made it an even better experience. I had rocky road (my favorite) and it was possibly the best I've ever had. It's also right on the train tracks so if you're lucky, you'll spot one passing by. I got the Chocolate Peanut Butter scoop in a cup. It's a chocolate base with clumps of peanut butter generously spread throughout. It wasn't the most amazing ice cream I've ever had but definetly fit the bill. It did however come in a generic styrofoam cup, which I feel is a missed opportunity to have some fun branding since their location is so unique. The worker was very polite, although she did have an AirPod in which was a little off-putting. The whole place was decked out in Christmas decor which was a fun seasonal touch. There's a parking lot attached that is quite large. If you're in the area, it's worth checking out.
