He was so nice and free describing the issue he said it was probably the fan and to bring it in on Saturday (the next morning) and they could fix it. Now let me say that my daughter is NOT a ca person. She's lucky she gets her oil changed once in a while. They looked over my daughter's car after replacing the fan and found her brakes were almost to the pads. They replaced them and drove it around and called and said she needed the arms because of the wiggle when driven. They replaced those and aligned the tires (not sure about the sequence). They called and said it was ready. I then mentioned that she didn't have windshield wash because sh had a hole in the reservoir. They said they knew that too. I asked if they could replace it and that she also didn't have phone charging capabilities inside the car either. They said they would check the fuses. They ended up not charging me for the washer reservoir and the fuses. They even came and picked me up since I had no car! Her car is like brand new (ac works great) and should be good for another 100,000 miles. I highly recommend and will be going back.

I actually took my very first car to them a long long time ago before the internet and Yelp had even been invented. They have been family-owned and operated for almost 60 years. As a kid when I brought my car to them I had two other places (including a dealer) tell me I needed a new air conditioning compressor. I price shopped and that led me to them the very first time. I dropped my car off and not too long after that my service advisor called me and asked why I had thought I needed a new compressor. When I told him the dealership and another garage had told me I did he told me it was actually not the compressor but a 12 dollar part that was a relay switch and they fixed it and then showed me how to do it myself if it happened again. That was just downright thorough and honest and has made me a customer ever since. 30 some years later, I still bring my cars to them, and although my repairs have seldom been that inexpensive, I know I am dealing with honest and very competent people who are folks I can trust with my car and the safety of the car.
