He even took my car to another shop without my knowledge and when I asked him where is my car, I than call the location and even went up there and they told me my car was not there. I ask again where is my car and he refuse to share the actual location where my car was and making up more excuses. He refuse to document what work was actually done from the other location and any update from what he did. 2 month later I spent 2k and the problem is not fixed. Never again.

The owner is super nice and doesn't take advantage of people who are already in a bad spot with their vehicle. He's only gonna charge you for what really needs to be done. He's has a drop box so you can leave your car in the evening and drop your keys in his drop box. That's way it doesn't get in the way of work hours for you. When I pointed this out, they shrugged it off and tried to upsell me on even more repairs. The shop itself is a mess--looks like no one there has cared in years.
