This is by far my favorite nail salon in town. Its family owned amd run. Everyone is kind and curtious. I get my nail done by Hien only. He is the best. He is gentle, kind and he speaks perfect english. Its nice to be able to have a conversation with someone who is working on you. Hands down would recommend salon to everyone. Came here to get a quick pedicure and the service was okay. There was an odor inside, not sure what it was but it was distracting. There wasn't many color options and they left the bath when soaking my feet bare which didn't seem clean. Not my favorite place. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has to be the worst nail place in B/CS. They rushed through (despite only one other customer in the place!). They were very rude (no one said thank you or you're welcome) I asked for a full manicure, in addition to shellac polish, which they did not do. But the shellac was done so poorly that I did not even bother asking about the manicure. Just wanted to get out of there ASAP. Will have to get my nails completely redone tomorrow somewhere else. It's too late for me, but save yourselves! read more

I go every 2-3 weeks I only go to Brian, He dose a GREAT JOB NEVER had an issue with him. He gives great ideas for my nails each time and they come out wonderful. He dose them different each time so they are never boring or the same as other's. We talk family, kids, work, etc. I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. I have went to shops that cost a lot more & I have even went out of town to people I have been told about and still I keep going back to Brian!! Some people have had issues however I suggest everyone give Brian a try just once you will not be upset you did!!! :) read more

I used to come to this nail salon because it was close to my house. I stopped coming because the service isn't up to par with the other nail salons. It takes an hour to "soak" your nails off, and that's on a day when there aren't any customers. The nail work is pretty crappy and the waxing is poor. Every time I have gone in to get my eye brows waxed, she does a bad job and I have to pluck my eye brows when I get home. On top of that, when I pay, they roll their eyes if you don't have cash. She asked me for cash, I said I didn't have any and I paid with my card. If you don't tip what they want, they roll their eyes and are super rude. Overall, my experiences with them have been bad and I became a loyal customer else where and pay less than what they charge. read more

This nail place does not have a nice interior or very clean. The older lady who did my nails was too rough and did not do a great paint job on my pedicure. They were under staffed for a Saturday and my daughter had to wait a considerable amount of time to get her pedi. I will not be going back in the future. read more

I am only giving a one star because i have to. This has happened more than one time. I went in a tried to get a pedicure. The guy told me it would be 10 mins. The guy was on his way. Twenty minutes later. He still wasn't there. The owner said he would be there in 5 mins. Another 10 minutes went by. The owner said he just oulled into the parking lot. He sat me and two other women on the chairs. The water was ice cold. Sat there another 10 mins waiting for the guy that the owner said was in the parking lot. Got frustrated and left. A lady was also waiting to get a manicure and she got up and left. The only thing i can say about the place is the eyebrow waxing is done very well read more

I went for a pedicure and a full set about 2 months ago and was very pleased with the outcome. 9 days after getting my nails done they started randomly just popping off! They would pop off so easily sometimes I didn't even notice I lost another one. I decided to grow my nails out and give this place another try, but this time Shellac. I went in on Sunday and showed the technician a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do it no problem. (Nothing crazy just red & white 'Christmas nails') when he was done it looked NOTHING like the picture. I'm not one to complain so I just paid and left. So today is Friday, after I showered I noticed my shellac was bubbling around the edges of my nails. I tried to push the bubbles out so it would be flat and instead the shellac just tore right off like no problem. Didn't even last me a full week!!! This place is good for pedicures and NOTHING more. Hello, my name is Andrea and I am quite disappointed with Bryan Nails after almost 4 years of visiting the salon and being a regular client I had to write a review to let others know NOT to waste there money and time on them. Usually my reviews are very positive and they contain between 4-5 stars. First of all the staff is fairly friendly and nice, however the quality of the work is quite poor. I have the powder, diamond hard filling or new sets manicure done every two or weeks or so. Ever since I joined this salon not only I pay a lot for the services cash I also leave huge tips. They don't do all the necessary steps to file my nails I find the owner inpatient, skipping several steps just to get job done quickly. Every week within days after getting them done several nails fall off or break. I used to go to Angel nails in CS for 12 Years maybe one nail popped off, ever not one or more on weekly basis. It's so inconvenient to go back and get one or two nails done after they have just filled them few days before its unreal so I ended up always carrying nail glue in my purse on regular basis. I gave it the benefit of the doubt in the the few first months but the work became less and less quality as time went by, I finally cracked. I went in one afternoon last week I'm a very busy person and don't have time to waste if I can help it, so since they know me I've politely asked the owner and the son to please quickly fix one nail; I did not have much time to wait and they said it will take few minutes they will fix it it was a fairly busy day for them so I waited. After 20 minutes I was still waiting even though one of them became available to repair my nail immediately. I stood up and walked out of there very upset and angry for not being attended to and never looked back. They are also too curious and ask too many personal questions. As I mentioned the work is not nearly the quality as other nail shops and I don't recommend this salon to my friends, family at all. I rather drive another 20 minutes and get quality work done.
