As a walk-in, we were greeted and asked repeatedly if we were paying together or separately. After we confirmed how (together), the staff took my daughter back first. Then, my mom (getting both mani-pedi done). I'm still waiting for my person. Not as friendly as my usual spot in another city... I hope the service exceeds my expectations. I will return with an updated view point. Update: I noticed that if you are not a regular, you will be waiting over 30 minutes. My tech was shy or something. She joked once but did ask if we were on one ticket. I confirmed that all 3 would be on a single ticket. She started to rush and became somewhat careless. I paid and had to go back in to get my sharp edges filed down. First time there. Not sure if this was an off day... but we won't be back. Stopped in to get our eyebrows waxed & I told the lady several times I didn't want them thin. She said "yeah yeah I know what you want!" Mine are not too bad but my daughter's eyebrows are super THIN!! As you could have looked at her eyebrows and tell what she's had before! This was the worst nail place I have ever been to. The lady who did my pedicure was not friendly, borderline rude. The girl who did my nails was sweet but kept wanting to get me do things that were more expensive and kept pressing the up charge. I paid extra for the 10 minute massage. It is not a massage it is her rubbing lotion up and down on your leg. They had to redo my daughter's nails because of so many mistakes. They have very limited dip colors. I asked for one color and it wasn't what I asked for but it the color was fine so I let it be. read more

I've only been once but it was a nice experience. They did what I expected. Had a pedicure and enjoyed it.

First of all, I was pressured into a 1:00 PM appointment rather than the 1:30 or 2 PM that I desired. I was willing to come in at 1:00 since I called just 2 days before the appointment day. I sat and waited for 30-35 minutes, so 1:30 PM anyway. (I could've been doing other things for that 30 minutes.) My appointment was for a manicure and pedicure. I had requested someone very gentle because the girl I had used before moved out of state, and she had been very gentle. The manicurist who did my hands was extremely gentle. (She did not have a name tag, so I have no idea what her name was.) I was told that they always saved the colors that I used previously; but this was not the case. It's actually just the one from your previous visit. No one could find the color that I used from the time before the last one, so I ended up with this neon color that I do not love. I'm in my 60s and the color is more teenage appropriate. Then came the pedicure--They NEVER share with you that it's going to be someone other than the person who does your manicure. The woman who did my feet was TERRIBLE. She was jerky and clearly aggravated that I couldn't understand her Vietnamese accented English. She dug deeply into my nail beds with her tools and trimmed some of my toenails below the quick, A LOT BELOW THE QUICK. One of my toes is throbbing today! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I am NEVER going back and may report them. I never see them cleaning their equipment. read more

I went here for my birthday nails. I got red chrome which the chrome was $15 extra, typically $5-10 as I get my nails done monthly. Less than 24 hours later, it was chipping and the chrome had already became speckled. The nails are see through and thin. I came in two days later and asked for it repaired. Mai was kind when repairing it but during the first service her and her coworker were not saying very kind things as I understood Vietnamese coming from a Vietnamese mother. Nothing they said were as rude as Tammy, the larger older compressed woman, who asked Mai what she was doing and called me a "devil child" in Vietnamese which I was taken aback by especially for a service I paid nearly $100 dollars for which did not last. I confronted the front desk lady about it to which she apologized greatly for but did not offer anything for compensation such as a discount. Very disappointed in this salon try to avoid it. read more

First time appointment since moving to a near by neighborhood. Upon walking in I was offered something to drink. First impression, place is very clean and bright with modern decor. My nail tech was Lynn, and she was very kind! I went for a full set pink and white ombré. She executed it perfectly; however I am not sure how I feel about the color (which was my own doing). I usually go for French, but had previously gotten pink and white ombré from another salon that I loved. Fair to say colors vary salon to salon.
