I took my sister to get her nails done for her birthday and the experience was awesome. The hospitality was incredible. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Other than their amazing hospitality their work speaks for itself, it's amazing. She took her time, asked if she liked the design, and made sure she truly liked it before moving on. I never took my sister to get her nails done, but perfect nails set the bar really high. I don't think I'll visit any other nail shops just because how well they treated us yesterday. read more

DO NOT GO HERE THIS WOMAN IS CRAZY!!!!! She called a girl the N word when she left starts talking about her then took 3 hours on a French manicure simple line across the end and she flipped and went crazy on me as well cussed me out throwing things and not finishing my nails mind you I had my baby with me !!!! She bucked up on me and my baby like she was going to fight me.. all over me saying I had to go bc it's been three hours on just a French mani and I'm the only one here !! She went nuts ! . I went in there to have my nails done for my wedding. I took my maid of honor. The lady who did my nails cut the quick of my finger twice during the process of doing my nails. I consider that as sanitation issue and I probably won't go back because of that. They're nice people but they need to be a little bit more careful. read more

I went in today early this morning about 9:30 AM to try and get my nails done. There was nobody in the salon at all nobody he asked me what I want. I start to explain to him I need a feel in a different color lady walks in behind me and he immediately puts his attention towards her and says oh, you would have to wait an hour and a half she's a regular I'm going to attend to her. I went in for a full set, I wanted a nude color and the owner kept telling me get the gold color, so I said I'll give it a try, I also asked for a oval nail tip not a square tip ,then to top it off my pointer finger nail she put it on crooked, I went home and notice it then, I was so tired with the color and the square tips I didn't fell like dealing with her, So I went the next day she was busy ,then I went again today I waited for 30 minutes two people came I,After me for pedicures and I was left waiting so I left I'm done they got my money but never again ! read more

John is very rude! I wanted my tips to be colored. He got up huffing and puffing. The lady had to finish my nails because I spoke up! I'm paying and expect my nails to be how I want them. He doesn't wear a mask. He coughed all over my hands not to mention his breath was horrible! read more

Horrible service do not recommend. Especially the guy taking my acrylic nail off with the cuticle cutter kept pulling my hand telling me I was moving or not having my hand placed right. That process of removing nails was painful. He looked frustrated with me and half ass did my nails until he switched me with the lady which did ok on my nails on top of that it was pricey for a full set and pedicure. If I can give it zero stars I would regret not walking out after he kept hurting me while taking my nails off. read more

I didn't enjoy my experience there one bit. When I walked in I wasn't told there would be a wait and they sat me down and expected me to soak my nails in acetone for 15 minutes. While I waited they encouraged me to start peeling the paint off my own nails. People were jumping from person to person and when I finally got my shellac done it started peeling off a few days later. I won't go back read more

Very nice people and service, but my shellac started peeling after 3 hours. They gratefully redid the peeled nail when I went back; I thought it was just a mistake on one nail - no big deal. However, it's been three days since I got my nails done here and the shellac is chipping on almost all my nails already. Perhaps it was just the lady who did them for me, but I definitely will not be returning. read more

I was being impatient and decided to try a new place since my usual place was closed. BIG MISTAKE. I showed the man a picture of what i wanted. He told me it'd be an extra 10.00 for the length. I was fine with that. That's normal. He then cuts them way shorter than i wanted. Slaps the acrylic on then starts filing them even shorter! As he was filing them i told him it hurt and he said it was because of the length. I've never had this issue before. All while his son rode through the shop on his hover board and hollered about whatever he was hollering about. After i got up to wash my hands he got up and ran his own water for a pedicure and sat down and started getting a pedicure! Someone came over and polished them for me but that even looked like crap. I left and tried to repaint them myself and they STILL looked like crap. I soaked them off that night. Literally within an hour of getting them done. I will NEVER go back there. A complete waste of 40 bucks. read more
