The plugs are hard to reach the wheels were too heavy for him to change the breaks, etc. Was the craziest encounter with a shop ive ever had. The vehicle was going in to get ready for a CO and UT overlanding trip leaving Saturday. Now looks like my week off will be spent waiting for my Jeep to be fixed by someone else. This seems more like a hobby for these folks as opposed to running a real business. My opinion is for you to find a shop that actually wants to work on your vehicle.

Luckily for me, they are focused on making the car 'right'. An older muscle car is a considerable investment. Nick and Doug have several classics of their own. He pulled through and told me about this place. Was it a bit out of the way to get to? Yes, but the service you receive while here is second to none. I pulled in not sure if I was at the right place, but was reassured once I was inside when I was greeted with, "The big door works just as good." To my defense, I'm a bit off when it comes to garages/body shops. I know the basics about cars, but good forbid someone asks for my assistance with fixing a car, I'm better to stand there and hold a beer than hand you a whats-a-hoozit. This goes for a garage that specializes in vehicle maintenance as well. Upon arrival I noticed that they do not take cards here, so I had to venture out to an ATM. By the time I had returned, no more than ten minutes, the gentleman was done with inspecting my vehicle. He was very friendly, a great conversationalist, and didn't mince words. He didn't attempt to tell me something was in need of fixing, he just suggested some future maintenance. While he was writing up the paperwork and getting the new sticker for the window I got to meet the dog. By far the best thing to happen here! I mean, come on, anytime you meet a dog in a business (or anywhere for that fact) you have to stop, drop and pet. And the dog was very well mannered even though he may have been territorial. Once I was sniffed and he was petted, we were on good terms. Definite place to look into if you happen to be in the area and in need of some type of work for your vehicle. I didn't end up driving this car but brought it in to them first thing in the morning for a look after I got back. Turns out they just need to pop the splash shield back up. They called about 3 hours later and let me know it was done. When they realized this was the only issue, they decided not to charge me. I really appreciate their transparency and good will. Will definitely use them for future car needs because of their honest service. Advise calling in advance for an appointment.

They were completely honest, confirmed the battery was bad, and replaced it immediately. I was also quoted $1,800 by the dealership to replace the weatherstripping.
