The scheduling, service and customer service was great. I was able to get in the day after I…read morecalled and it only took 30 min to replace my windshield. When I called, the owner said it would be $395 + tax and that I would have to pay a $100 deposit when confirming the appointment. What he didn't say was that I would have to pay 3% charge for my credit card. There was no other option available when prompted to confirm on my phone. I'm not saying this place was bad, but if you are shopping around for prices, this is a more expensive option.

I have been calling for the past three weeks and no one either answer or the technician won't call me back. Emailed customer service said they will have the manager call me back . No call Got a hold of customer service said they would find out what's going on never called back. The technician said he was going to find me another rearview mirror and order the clips for the visor. Never heard back from him!!!!! Not to mention he tried to tell me the casing was cracked already!!!! I pointed out what the problems were before he started so that we were both aware. Non of them was the casing of the rearview mirror and not was the clip for my visor or the bad molding that is rippled or all the scratches I have found!!!! Soooo upset!!! So now I will be calling my insurance company and reporting them and try to get my replacements I was promised! Also contacting BBB to make a complaint. The first time they wrapped it they made a ton of mistakes as per the pictures. They did take it back into their shop two times to fix it and it's still not right! This company does not know what they are doing. It's a bunch of boys who don't come to work on time, as I had to wait for them when I had appointments. It lists their hours 9-6 but no one is there until at least 10:30. They are very unprofessional as when I went to pick up my car the last time, I met the 4th or 5th owner and he had me parked outside in the dark, in a tree. I couldn't even see what they did as it was dark & the drivers side had a tree on it, I could hardly get in my car! They told me I could bring it back for free anytime something happened to it in the future but I never want to deal with them again. Total nightmare!

Let me first say I am not a person that likes letting others work on my car. I have been…read moredisappointed more often than not when I do. Applying tint to car windows is something that someone who doesn't know better might think is easy. Well, I know better. I am very happy with the tinting that Car Tunes did on my vehicle yesterday. I didn't have good light to look after it was completed last evening but I just got a good look at it. It may take a while at the current temperatures (currently less than 20 degrees) for the tint to cure and it will probably be several weeks before I roll the windows down. But I currently don't see any reason to not be very happy with their work. I have at least one other car I want tinted so I am sure I will see them again. Thank You Car Tunes!
