We chose the buffet (Friday and Saturday nights). It happened to be Mexican dishes including a taco bar. It was very tasty. The churros were awesome. The restaurant seating is a large space and could be elegant if the owner wanted it be. It's great the way it is. Thank you for good food, good service and adequate prices. Even though we are from out of town, when we visit our granddaughter we will be back.

Patrons are a mix of all cultures and ethnicities living in Liberal, a good sign for any restaurant. My food was prepared and served quickly, flavors are simple and "home made" comes to mind. I was satisfied and the portion serving was perfect. I will come back to try something else from their large menu.

Do you have real butter? I'll have to ask. Ok I'll have pancakes with maple syrup. We don't have maple syrup. What do you mean you don't have maple syrup? We have imitation syrup. (I had no idea such a thing existed) Ok how about the oatmeal? Do you want butter or brown sugar? You mean the margarine? LOL Yes. No thanks I'll just have brown sugar. The oatmeal was like popcorn ceiling goo. Like it's instant microwave oatmeal. Then my companion got two eggs and asked for bacon. He said, do you have bacon? We have the round kind. (I kid you not).
