I asked if that shouldn't be repaired, and they stated: "It can wait until your next oil change. If the oil gets low, just add more." Just one month later, the check engine light came on. I took the car to a much more reputable company, and there were actually two "pretty good" oil leaks, coolant leak, and the check engine light was directly connected to the oil leak. I contacted Glory to God and provided them all of the documentation for the car repair, along with reminding them of their negligent advice they gave me. They refused to take ANY responsibility. Their incompetence cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. Go elsewhere!

I called different places, but they were all booked till the following week when I would be gone. So in desperation, I called "Glory to God" and they were available to schedule me in for an appointment. I brought my car in and they took a look at it and said that I needed new brakes and pads. They said it would cost a little over $300. I waited as they worked on my car. They had a comfortable waiting area and also provided drinks for customers. After they worked on my car, they charged me less than $300, the expected amount and in reasonable time completed the service. While I was waiting I also overheard another customer coming in to pay for the service done for their vehicle and the cost was lower than what was quoted earlier for them also. It seems that they try to work for the customer and curb costs in favor for the customers whenever possible. Glad to say that the name of this business seemed trustworthy and fortunately they seem to be living up to their name. This is my first time getting serviced here, overall a good experience and they seem to be honest and dependable. I will have to see what will happen if I bring my car here if future problems arise and see if their quality of service is consistent, but for the time being, they seem to be trustworthy and did a great job. If they continue to do so in the future, I would be happy to update my review for this place even higher.

They got it right in and told me that it also needed a radiator, fan clutch, and idler pulley's which being it's a 2005 I seen no problem in that so I went ahead and bought the parts and had it all sent there they put it all on. I can get the suburban back and pick it up and it pulls to the ditch and the radiator hose blew off due to to the FORGETTING not putting a clamp on it. I call Jack and ask him why it's pulling to the ditch he did not do that before he said my alignment machine is broken I said I got charge for an alignment he said well you'll have to send it somewhere else to get it aligned took it to Quincy they didn't have the right adapters to align my truck due to the wheels and tires that are on it I called Jack he said send it to Stillwell's. Send it to Stillwell's they told me that there's no way it could've been aligned because the ball joint is out I called Jack and tell him that I had it aligned and the ball joint he said he'll take care of the alignment and some of the ball joint he never did take care of the ball joint but he did take care of the alignment. After Stillwell's my engine light was blinking saying that it is a fuel system failure or a spark plug failure in which Jack did put brand new spark plugs and wires on and I took it back to Jack again one of the wires were burnt off due to not routing the wiring correctly he did not charge me for that but he did charge me to re-torque the headers he put on. I asked him why I'm getting another bill when the last bill was not taken care of from Stillwell's his boy and Jack told me that they'll never do business with me again but they will waive the header bolts re-torque. All of these issues are within 100 miles of driving the suburban suburban had aftermarket headers on it since 2006 he had so many excuses that I've lost track. He also said that he'll never do business with me or my family I am very upset and disappointed in Phatt Jaxx Due to not standing behind what they do
