Was on time, friendly, but as he packed up his things and was ready to leave I turned the water on to the sink he fixed for 200$ . Immediately saw water dripping. He then tinkered with it and said he forgot to tighten it. Dripping stopped... for a minute. The next day it was still dripping . I contacted them and I was asked if I could pay 50$ for him to come out and fix. Said it was for gas. I said absolutely not I already paid 200$ for this to be fixed. He then asked for 30$ for gas , i again declined. He reached out the next day saying he would be out to fix free of charge in the next 48hrs. He never came read more

I booked Dylan Parnell to remove and haul away some overgrown shrubs. They showed up at around the time of the appointment, but completely unprepared. First, they didn't bring anything to cut down the shrubs with. They ended up using my chainsaw, which is fine, but why show up to a shrub removal without something to cut them? Second, they showed up in a Chevy Avalanche -- a tiny pickup unfit for hauling away the 12-foot shrubs being removed. Third, they couldn't get the stumps out. Again, the equipment they brought was insufficient for the job. As an alternative, he suggested I go to Ace Hardware and pick up some concoction that deteriorates stumps instead of finishing the job. Next, the guy hands me a receipt for a shovel he picked up on the way to my house and asked me to reimburse him for it. Caught completely off guard, I asked "you're asking me to reimburse you for a shovel?" He responded "reimbursement for necessary materials." I hesitantly gave him $25 which is all the cash I had on me. The receipt showed he paid over $31. I didn't even get to keep the shovel I bought. I bought him a new tool that he should have had already. Next, when cutting down the shrubs, he stacked it all in my elderly neighbor's yard. I thought that was odd--he had my entire driveway and my yard to use as a staging area. When he was cleaning up and (shockingly) couldn't fit not even half of the debris in his Avalanche, he told me (and my elderly neighbor's) he'd come back the following day to pick up the rest. Guess who didn't show up and didn't respond to my texts. Again, he made his lack of accountability and reliability my elderly neighbor's problem. Obviously, my neighbor was not pleased and I don't blame her. When I got home at 10:00 pm and found an angry note on my door from her, I went out and moved everything off her lawn by hand into my driveway, where it sits now.
