Mixed feelings about their services. On one hand I think they did a great job reglazing my shower area (tub & wall tile), but on the other hand they dumped some glaze into my brand new toilet. Job was completed a few weeks ago but I'm getting around to writing a review now since I just cleaned out and repaired my toilet by hand which wasn't the most pleasant experience. The crew claimed it wasn't them and likely somebody else on site since my entire place was under renovations, but it was at the end of the project so it could have only been them or the painters. The substance hardened into a chalky plaster-like finish submerged in water at the bottom of the toilet. I can't think of any materials a painter uses that would harden that way and I'm an interior designer by trade. I had to scrape out the substance but scratched my toilet doing so, then i had to repair those scratches. So on the job itself it was completed successfully with a good price, but I might pay the extra $150+/- for the peace of mind that nothing else in my bathroom will be damaged in the process. read more

The technician (Miguel) showed up on time, and was friendly, polite, and professional. Very disappointed in the most recent job they did for us. We are rental property owners and have had a good experience in the past, used them several times with a good outcome. We have a vacant house readying for a new tenant with new toilets, recently hydrojetted the lines so needed the older tub reglazed. The technician was late but our handyman nephew was still there changing out light switches/plates and let him in. About an hour into the job the tub tech called out that the toilet and tub was backing up. We called the plumber back out and the camera shows a bristle pad similar to what the reglazer was using to remove the old glaze stuck in the pipes. We will need to cut the pipes to get to it. The company did not take responsibility for this carelessness. A simple tub reglaze will now cost us an extra $1000. read more

When I looked them up on yelp, I noticed the low reviews; and I figured those few reviews didn't paint a full picture, so I decided to reach out for a reglazing job. I've had tubs reglazed in my rentals before, so I have a few points of reference. They answered my call promptly, quoted me a reasonable price, we scheduled within a few days based on my availability. The job was completed yesterday. Overall, Bryan's Reglazing Service did a great job on reglazing the tub in my rental. Very affordable and both the tenant and I were pleased with the result. My tenant indicated that David, the technician, was very polite, professional, and answered all of her questions. I wish I had a "before" photo (let's just say it was not photo-worthy)...but here are some after photos - and it looks great! Will use Bryan's service again in the future. read more

Bryan did a fantastic job reglazing our bath tub. He has excellent customer service. He made it clear he wanted the customer to be happy. He is very kind. We are a shoeless household - and he was very respectful and accommodating to being shoeless. His work is fantastic. He makes sure to do the best quality. Cannot recommend him enough. He showed up on time with a mask on and was very courteous. I was able to work in peace while he worked. We will be able to use our tub in 24 hours! We had our kitchen sink re-glazed on February 29, 2020. It looked fantastic, but the glaze started dripping shortly after they finished. I called and they were very nice and came back and fixed the drips. Unfortunately, within a couple of months, the glaze started cracking around the drain. I didn't want to call during Covid and now there are numerous chips, in addition to the cracking, and it looks terrible. I called today to ask how long the glazing should last and a man, who was very nice, but could not speak English well, told me that it varies depending on the amount of wear the sinks gets. He also told me that you should use a mat in the bottom of the sink. To be fair, they may have told me that when they re-glazed the sink, but I don't remember. I am a busy cook and my sink gets a lot of wear, but I thought the glaze would last more than a couple of months. read more

Reglazing uses some serious chemicals Methylene Chloride which has over a dozen reported fatalities during reglazing according to the CDC, and outgases Isocyanate that can damage your repratory tract. The guy who did my tub did not have proper safety gear- he is breathing this stuff everyday.- I bitched out the owner- get this guy safety gear!!!!! oh- and they (the owner, not the poor guy being abused by the company- who actually did a great job) 1- left the doors at my place wide open when they left after I asked them to lock up, (open, not just unlocked- open) 2-they changed the color of the tub without confirming so now I have to repaint and trim the whole bath, or have clashing colors- 3- lied to me about the chemicals used note: all reglazing companies may be just as bad- I have no frame of referance. read more

Ok, I've used several reglazing services on my properties. This is the first time I have used Bryan's and it was for my home. I am a retired interior contractor so between my wife and I, we can be hard to please. This was NOT an issue for Luis and Alfredo from Bryan's. From start to finish it was a first class job. When i contacted bryans reglazing i was expecting an alright job. I didnt really know what to expect. Their job met and surpassed my expectations! They literally made my bath tub look like new. It had a few cracks and they repaired it as well. Im very satisfied and happy with there work . They provided great ventilation and cleaned up after themselves like if nothing happened there. Made an appointment to clean and reglaze the shower on a Monday. Monday came and nobody showed up. Called the company and was told they forgot the appointment. Reschedule for the following day. When worker showed up, I showed him the shower, told him to clean the hard soap residue before reglazing and had to leave for work (since the work was rescheduled). So I had to leave him the check for the job too. When I returned to check the next day, the hard soap was not cleaned, he just reglazed over it. The paint was running in multiple areas and left marks. I took pictures and sent them to the business and nobody ever responded at all. read more

I needed A kitchen sink reglazing and choose Bryan's Reglazing to do this job. They did a great job. The kitchen sink looks like new. The worker knew what he was doing and protected all the kitchen area to prevent painting the rest of the things that didn't need to be spray. What I like the most is that he protected himself and then use a fume exhaust to extract the fumes and the smell was not to strong and we were able to use the sink in 24 hrs.
