His people missed the appointments three times----we need to work and we can not sit in the house 24/7 to wait for the reglaze people to come. If there is an appointment, please come on time. Although there is a two-year warranty, the reglazing work is very smelly, we cannot live in the house for at least two days before the smell goes away.

They…read moredidn't remove old caulking before applying the new one, and the glaze itself had 3 issues with it: some weird black spots, a section where the glaze dripped down and had hardened, and an exposed part of the tub that wasn't patched correctly. Also, the technician didn't speak English that well, so it was very difficult to communicate with him. The owner reached out to me and wanted to make it right. I wasn't expecting this since usually companies will just take your money and disappear but apparently if you just tell this company about it, they'll try to make it right. I took a few weeks to do a back and forth with them about the work that would be done, and they were very polite and professional throughout the whole thing. The front office was awesome with scheduling and answering questions. The same technician was assigned to the fixes, but I requested a different technician be assigned and they obliged. The new tech did a good job, and I'm pretty satisfied with the outcome. There was some overspray again, but not a huge deal as the black spots and the exposed part of the tub were properly addressed. I found out that one of the issues I originally had (the black spots) were caused by my shower leaking and water dropped onto the glaze as it was drying. Seems like the first tech didn't put a cover over my shower head, but this new tech did. He also spoke English better than the other tech, so no translation app was needed. During this second fix-up visit, the owner himself came on-site to make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that was done. It seems even if they do mess up, they'll eventually fix it. If the second tech was the one who did the work first, this would be a 5* review.

Their estimate was very reasonable (for both basins, as well as a laundry room sink), and their tech was fast and did great work. This is my sink now 1 year after my sink refinishing! Over the years, the fiberglass had gotten much worse for the wear. However, they just don't MAKE spas like this anymore! It is 12'x6' and can hold about twenty people - 70s-swinger Jacuzzi, anyone?? So, about a year and a half ago, I had it painted with pool paint. However - I should have researched this more before opting to do that as it was a REALLY stupid mistake. In the kind of heat we get in Sunland, this paint didn't even last two years and it got to the point where every time we went in, we'd come out with a blue tint on our skin. Not only unsightly, but downright unhealthy and it made it so we were barely using the spa anymore - a huge loss, as it's one of the main reasons I bought this house. Now, this total redo of our spa was NOT cheap - however, given the quality of the materials and work and how long this work will last, it was totally worth it. If I were to have repainted the spa every two years, within eight years it would have cost me as much as this complete resurface did - and I would've had to keep draining, refilling, painting and letting cure, putting it out of commission for WEEKS at a time each time it was done. Julian came out, measured the exact dimensions of the spa and showed me the color options. Now, I would have preferred something darker than the aqua blue we chose, but given this process Julian has perfected for the fiberglass restoration, there are only so many colors it can be. It would have ended up having to be painted and that would've led to the same problem we already had. I followed Julian's recommendation not to repeat that mistake. The results speak for themselves. Julian and his team did a phenomenal job, kept in touch as to timing and cleaned up after themselves so well you'd never have known they were there -- that is, other than by looking at our brand-new, gorgeous spa that is now ready for countless summers to come! Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. They sealed off the kitchen to contain dust, cleaned up daily, and finished everything within a week as promised. Workmanship was really good. I thought about DIY-ing this project but I'm so glad I didn't. They brought sample boards during the estimate process so I could actually see the finish before committing, and they even accommodated my last-minute color change with no issues. I also asked to switch my knobs to pulls and they took care of it. Everything included/excluded was clearly explained before the project started, so there were no surprises. Not the cheapest in town, but definitely worth it.

My project was a refinishing of flush kitchen cabinets and requested they install soft closing hinges. The quality of work was decent so I'm giving 2 stars (although paint started chipping immediately in some places). They forgot to install soft closing hinges which I specifically requested and increased the price of the project for, but then lied that I didn't request it. They then didn't measure the handles and knobs on the cabinet and install them all completely crooked. They then lied again and got defensive, saying it was the holes in the old cabinets that were crooked. First they had to drill new holes to accommodate the new handles I bought so that's an excuse and even if that's the case, a professional shouldn't be satisfied with shoddy work like this. I got them to eventually fix this, but they were completely unprofessional and upset the entire time. For the cabinets they had to fix, they reinstalled them very sloppily in annoyance and they have been misaligned ever since. Save your time and go somewhere else.
