Very frustrating process dealing with this company…read more We were attempting to rent a house and needed to move in quickly. When we contacted them, we were told conflicting things about house for rent. After explaining to us that the property had already been applied to (which they initially said we would be the first to apply) they suggested we wait to pay the fee. However, the next day they called to tell us they needed payment for the application, because there was another house for rent if the first application on the other house was approved. So we then paid the application fee only to have them tell us that both houses had been already rented. I understand applications are first come first serve but we were led to believe that if we did not get one house there was another available. We were also told that if we were willing to sign the lease without seeing the property beforehand, we would have priority over the other applications. This was clearly not the case. The only reason we paid the application fee was because of the implication that our application would allow us to rent one of two properties. They did not call to update us, and it was only after I called them that they indicated that both houses had been rented quickly. They either intentionally mislead us or they lack competence and professionalism. They say the application is good for 6 months, but she said the rentals they have are sporadic. Since we needed to find a place quickly and they had no other properties for rent, the application fee was a waste. It should be noted that based on their misrepresentations, we delayed applying to other places for 5 days. Now I have to find a new place to rent within the next week. I would definitely suggest getting any sort of promises or indications in writing.

First let…read moreit be know that I AM NOT A COMPETITOR trying to make 3 day look bad, as I see this is how 3 day replies to negative reviews. Let it be known, from previous post as well as my own, it's bad. They charge $25 to come in and take measurements and that was about the only thing that was fair. After that, all hell started braking loose. I gave over $1000.00 down and the following day the kitchen counters were removed. After a couple days, they came to to install the new counter and to my surprise they wanted a check for the balance in full before the work was done. I didn't like that. READ THAT CONTRACT FULLY! After the work was done, I noticed that the CUTS were MISMATCHED. The counters and back splash did not come from the same slab and it was obvious!!! When I called the owner about this, he tried to tell me that the slabs will have a slight color difference but I told him it was totally different. He's response was that there could be a slight color variance. It just made me more upset, he's lack of concern, especially since I feel, he now had my money. He told me he would call me back and I never heard from him to this day. I said at the end of my previous post "To be continued." To end here I would never pay the balance again before work was finished and I was satisfied with the work. MOST IMPORTANT, MAKE SURE ALL CUTS COME FROM THE SAME SLAB!
