We contacted the company, and while some workers were sent to inspect and attempt repairs, the issues were not resolved. In 2025, a worker who inspected the project identified multiple construction and safety concerns with the structure. A repair was scheduled but never started, and communication from the company eventually stopped. We later learned through the City of Santa Clarita Building & Safety Department that the project permit had been canceled. We have filed complaints with the CSLB, and the matter is currently ongoing. We are sharing this so others can make informed decisions and recommend doing thorough research before hiring.
