First off, I am sad we can't give 5 stars. Would give 3.5 if I was able. We truly love our floor! Everyone was always very friendly in office. Unfortunately, with how fast the floors were installed (which is a great quality) a lot of damage occurred in our home. Most of it we fixed ourselves, understandably with construction comes some damage. We felt with how fast they were installed, the finish quality was just not there. There were some areas we felt they needed to come back and fix. We persistently called, and eventually they set up an appointment to have someone out. Sadly, no one showed up during the time slot they gave us, or after. We played phone tag for awhile, and it was just never resolved. Attached is an example. We found all these issues after they left. All in all, we do love our flooring and the price was good. We just wish they were more cautious of our home, and followed up better with the issues. read more

I'd give them 10 Stars if I could. If you are working with a builder on a new home read this entire review. We read reviews on a number of local flooring companies and decided to visit the top local shops to see for ourselves. Valencia Flooring seemed too good to be true as they had the best price and were very attentive. We worked with them and they were fantastic every step of the way, always exceeding our expectations. We did a 3100 square foot house right on schedule and for less than we expected, with beautiful results. Actually they warned us that with Covid the installation might take a week to 10 days if they lost some of the installation crew, but they instead got it down in half the time they promised. I don't think I'll need a flooring company again for a long time, but I'll be showing off my beautiful floors for years. We purchased a new home through a big builder. They are required by law to put in flooring, but the floors they provide are awful, they belong in a mobile home. If you want to upgrade - $$$$$$$. The builder's rep wanted $55,000 to upgrade our flooring. We said no way and they agreed they could do better and came back at $45,000. Again, no. We let them put in the cheap basic carpet and tile and instead worked with Anthony at Valencia Flooring. The morning after we got our keys he had a crew of about 8 at the house, they took out all of the awful carpet and tile and installed high-quality luxury vinyl, for about half of what the builder offered as their best price, including demolition. If you are working with a builder, know that you don't have to pay ridiculous prices for nice flooring. Let them put in their junk and then let the real pro's come back and put in a beautiful floor as soon as you close and save tens of thousands of dollars. read more
