Bad customer service is it for me. I needed my irrigation system looked at. I knew l had some issues, but the repairman was rude from the time he started. I don't care if you have 20 years of experience when you can't communicate on a professional level. Don't dismiss me because l am a female. With dead and weed grass that resulted from 3 years of extreme cold/snow, extreme summer heat and a broken sprinkler system, our lawn both front and back looked horrible. The flower beds were overrun with dead leaves and shrubs or none at all that had been pulled. We had more mud in the front yard than green. We got a quote from James the week prior to spring break and after spring break the guys started the work. They instantly got to work, took the lawn down to dirt. They filled in holes to level out the land, repaired sprinkler heads, laid down fresh lawn and installed a few trees, shrubs and flowers depending on the areas. The work turned out BEAUTIFULLY! The workers were amazing and so nice to talk to. They worked with feedback and recommendations during the project and were also sweet with my special needs teen when he was out and about. The pics are from tear down to current. We have plans to use them again in the future to expand beds and lay down more grass areas but we're saving that from next spring. We are more than happy with the work the guys did and eager to use them again! I can't recommend them enough! read more

BEWARE of this company. Used them for landscaping and sprinklers on my properties. They were friendly and informative and responsive at first. My husband was very impressed with their customer service and knowledge at first. We have spent about $26,000 with them. It turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes. 1. Workers took a trencher and completely severed two of our main water discharge pipes. Then covered one of them with duct tape. Covered both with dirt and said nothing. We found it a year later after looking for the leak the entire time. Beams rotted under the house, floor buckled, walls shifted, no doors closed. We have to redo everything. 2. They also covered one of the water catch basins with sod 3. AND they buried one of their own live sprinkler heads so even more water was getting under our house. James Bryant came out and acknowledged fault and diverted us to his insurance company. After three excruciating months, the insurance company settled for a huge amount of damages. We have considered scrapping the house and rebuilding because of the damage that this company has done to our newly remodeled home. What a disaster. Just don't do it!! read more

I used this service last year based on Angie's list. Let me just say, Angie's list has it all wrong. I was very disappointed in the outcome. The flower beds had grass and weeds in them within weeks (see pictures). Several plants have died. I do not recommend them. Not sure why they have someone as unprofessional as Carlos working for them. He made inappropriate suggestions for plants to use around a pool area. Currently looking for a landscaper that knows what they are doing and provides lasting results. read more

As other people have experienced, we had a great response when we contacted Bryant about installing a sprinkler system, but once the system was in, it is impossible to reach them. We have been waiting for a return call for four weeks. We put in a system two years ago and have had the same problems since Day 1. They have dug up part of our yard three times since installing the system. Each time they promised to come with new sod, but that has never occurred. We had a tech out four weeks ago and he told us that other customers are having the same problem and that it occurred because we had a sprinkler system operating in the morning when it was 93 degrees. He claimed that at 93 degrees the pipes start popping off because they can't take the heat! Not only do we expect an irrigation system placed in Fort Worth to be able to withstand 90 degree temperatures, we have had this problem in all weather conditions. He then said that the only solution was to dig up our entire yard again. We called RainBird and asked about the temperature issue. They asked us to send pictures to see what type of emitters were on the system. Not only did we not have any emitters, but we find out that the parts being used were not RainBird parts. So, Bryant sold us a "RainBird system" but is using cheap parts that are not consistent with RainBird's specs. read more

We bought a house in '09/ built in '05... Half of the sprinkler System did not work. Initially bought a Living Social to have what did work adjusted. Decided we wanted to get the whole thing working. It was about $500, and now our entire system is working as it should. I thought it was a pretty reasonable price. The 2 stations that were not working at all had had the wiring cut/ compromised underground. Both techs who came out were knowledgable, polite, and hardworking. They seemed to be very ok with me following them and asking questions. I had no understanding of my sprinkler system before, now in can set the stations/ times/ days. These guys are horrible and expensive. I did not receive the type landscaping i wanted and that they described i would get. They ended up doing cheap rose bushes and said it would look better than what we originally discussed. I ripped out everything and redid it myself the following year. The stonework was not what was described at consultation. Instead of doing bigger stones, they did small cheap stones. They said they would fix but after payment was made, I've called 10+ times over the past year to schedule time but they always gave me run around or said they could not fit me in their busy schedule. I bought a Groupon, so i felt committed but reality is, they are still double of what other better landscaping and sprinkler companies charge. They also did my sprinkler systems and when compared to what my other friends or family cost, they were also about double. I feel totally ripped off. The consultation details and work performed are totally different. Horrible business ethics and liars. Avoid at all cost. I'm using my wife's Yelp and this is the first time in my life I left a bad review. So that says a lot. These people are claiming they didn't do work at our house, which is a HUGE lie! Everything was under my husband's name but we would rather not post his name just in case they try to come to our place and so something. Instead of messaging us to try to do the right thing and fix what they should've fixed 2 years ago they sit and lie that they didn't do work at our place. We had to wait over two weeks for a quote on installing a sprinkler system. James apparently showed up at a different time than was scheduled to and slipped the quote under our doormat. After waiting over two hours for him, I called the company and was told that he came as scheduled, rang the door bell, called my phone and got no response so he put the quote under the doormat and left. Really?! I was in the front room looking out the window for him before the scheduled time and remained there well past a reasonable time for him to appear. My phone was not called nor was my husbands phone. I never heard the doorbell ring. I think this James guy doesn't really care to get a customer. I am offended with his lies and will definitely not use Bryant Sprinkler. Thank you, James, for the red flag you showed! read more

I have used Bryant Lawn and Sprinkler for several years and was very satisfied with their work. I also thought their prices were reasonable. I called them several weeks ago to repair a major leak in my system and set up an appointment. On the day for that appointment, which was almost two weeks ago, it rained. They called me to reschedule, but pushed me out almost two weeks for an appointment yesterday. Yesterday, they called me just thirty minutes prior to the appointment to say some emergency had come up and that the earliest they would be able to reschedule me for was a date two and a half weeks further out! I tried calling them back all afternoon, without any success or any return calls. This is not the same reliable company I remembered working with!! I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

The sprinkler system I had installed by Bryant is now 3 years old. I called to get a sprinkler check-up. Trying to deal with the person who answered the phone was terrible. I never did get a direct answer when asking the fee for this call. It starts at $90, I do know that. What does it include? She yelled out to ask someone, but no one really knew. I like the sprinkler system, but they are extremely hard to deal with after the fact. So, if you expect to use this company to help you keep your system maintained...good luck Chuck. read more

if you are looking to spend a lot of money and get crap services, this is the irrigation company for you! i've spent close to 3 grand, and i have a new controller that works 5 of my 7 stations! Every time they come out they are in a huge rush to get paid and leave, but can't be bothered with the little things like replacing valve covers, or repairing all leaks, or even turning my water back on. yep - that is apparently a fix for a slow leak, just leave the water partially turned on. they are always going to come back to complete the work or give me a manual, but they never do read more

Bryant Lawn and Sprinkler came to do some yardwork for us and it was all-around a bad experience. They did the work and had to come back THREE separate times because they had done such a terrible job. They didn't line any of the flower beds with landscaping tarp, which we had not only requested, but paid for. They put mulch where they were supposed to put stone. The stepping stones they put down were MUCH smaller than quoted and had to be replaced and redone. There were definitely communication issues on their team making the whole process a hassle. And now we have all sorts of grass and clover popping up in the flowerbeds because they didn't line them properly and used mulch that was full of dirt. The work looks decent, but it was just too much trouble to bother. read more

Beware, unless its something easy - perhaps they should stick with general lawn service. We had them for a drainage project that NEVER worked properly. They tried to fix twice and still didn't work. We fought for months and finally went to arbitration and won our money back. We also needed a little hard-scaping, and they did not follow the plan and it's causing problems. none of it was installed well - grass and weeds are growing through the landscape fabric and half of our plants are dead something positive? Carlo is a good salesman. now - to find someone to really fix the damage. read more

This is an update for their landscape service. My front yard in a nutshell looks like crap. I followed their specific instructions to care for the plants they put in. However, many of them didn't last a month! I have tried calling before and gotten no answers. I finally got Casey at Bryant Lawn and Sprinkler to answer and I feel like they're just being shady. Yesterday when I called she said someone would be by today and never told me that someone needed to be present. Good thing I have been here all day but no one has come by. I tell her that there is a one year warranty on the work and she didn't seem to want to say that the plants will be replaced. All she would say was "well they're just going to have to look at them and take it from there". I will update again if someone does or doesn't show up to let you guys know. But honestly, the hassle I have had with them, I don't think it is wise to spend your money with them. read more
