I tried to place a print job at Office Depot and was told he could have the the order done in an hour and it would be $137.00. When I questioned why it was so high, I was told to do the order on line it would be cheaper. So I went home to place the order on line, it was $20.00 cheaper, but I was going to have to wait 3 - 5 days to have the print job completed. I couldn't wait 3-5 days, so I went back to the store and the guy I was dealing with in the print shop was gone. When I explained everything to the girl behind the counter, she said; it's going to take that long even if I ordered it in the store. When the manager came out I explained the situation to her and without even looking to see how many orders they had, she said the same thing, her attitude was we don't need your business, take it or leave it. Thankfully, I ended up at Staples in Melbourne. The same print job at Staples was $25.04 and it will be ready the next day.

But unfortunately he no longer works many hours. This new crew in the printing area has given me no indication of caring at all, just horrible. I thing whoever does the hiring needs to start over. I don't see how this new group could be doing anything but hurting business. The two black girls in the afternoon printing were down right rude to me. So, even after being a customer for almost 30 years I will not be going back. I think I'll try Petus Workplace Solutions at Rodney Parham and 12th Street instead.

She actually tried to con us to think that our sign was 120 feet up in the air. We bought a laser measuring tape to prove that she was lying. After we sent her proof that the sign was on 90 feet up, she tried to backtrack and blame everyone else besides God himself. All this is after we sent her company over 10k as a deposit. Very fraudulent person who is backed up by her company. We lost precious time trying to deal With these con's. If you are trying to complete your job on time, call anther company. NOT ACE Signs.
