Add this to the tall woman/matriarch asking what labels went on which pile of boxes ( clearly management) and I ran screaming down the street to FedEx. At FedEx the rep grabbed every item I asked for in under 3 minutes. She organized labels w pouches, bubble wrap etc and even helped me carry the stash to my car! Under 10 minutes in and out. She even smiled and was gracious as the line grew to the door I'm not sure if there was any cost savings but the peace of mind and customer service were priceless. They come in overnight post from all over the country, and the folks here always have them together for us first thing in the morning. On the rare occasions where one package is missing or accidentally put on a truck rather than held for pickup, their follow-up is top-notch. I've never once had to wait more than half an hour, even for a truck drop-off. My only complaint is that they can be hard to reach by phone. Calls are routed to the FedEx national calling center, and they're worse than useless :P
