First of all, 3 of the 4 five star reviews were all posted a month ago. No doubt by the owners' friends and right around when we removed my fiancé mother. It's supposed to be a five-person facility, for as long as her mother was there, it was never a full house and there is reason for that. The owner is young and very unprofessional. She puts on a good presentation, but once we got her in there. A totally different story. Until her mother was placed in a private room, (which there was only one,) she had to share 1 Chester drawer, 2 drawers each. There was always a constant change of staff, her medication was being handled improperly or by unqualified staff, ridiculous rules, to say the least. The owner displayed favoritism toward" certain" residents and it was obvious by the care provided. The bathroom on the 2nd floor had a napkin holder with cheap napkins instead of paper towels for the residents to dry their hands after washing. When approached with grievances pertaining to her mother, the owner had nothing, but attitude & lies. They have had numerous verbal altercations. We have filed an complaint against the establishment, but we had to move her mother first in fear of retaliation. The owner will tell you we were just disgruntled family members; you can believe it if you want. But you will regret it. We were considering placing my father there, but we decided to wait to see how it would go with her mother and all I have to say is thank goodness we didn't.

The counslers literally teach us not only knowledge of our disease but how to combat it, and keep it arrested. They teach us how to live in "normal" society. They support us through so much, celebrating our individual milestones along the way. If outside help is needed (therapy etc) they partner with us to get it. I read some of these reviews and I highly disagree. The staff is amazing, and loved us when we couldn't love ourselves, honestly they DO THE MOST. I highly recommend this program if you truly are ready to recover. You get out what you put in.

As a mother, I just had a great experience. MurgentCare just saved the day (or night). One of the…read morekiddos got pink eye, but of course didn't realize it until after 6pm. I figured it was worth trying out MurgentCare instead of going to the ER. They do actually come to your home! It only took Gani (the clinician) an hour to get here, which was way better than even attempting the ER. Gani did an exam, agreed it was pink eye, and sent in an Rx to the pharmacy electronically. We hustled out and picked up the drops. For all the parents out there - I give them 5 stars. It was a huge relief to just call their number and have somebody sent to me.
