She was careful to get all the information she needed, including what would be most useful for my family member, but was incredibly efficient. We needed home care the next day and she set everything up within a few hours. The following morning the most extraordinary aide came to spend the day with my family member. Professional, kind, and skilled, she went above and beyond to be helpful and was truly a lifesaver. From the moment I called and throughout our entire experience with them, we felt taken care of and cared for. Though my family member is feeling much better now and no longer needs care, we feel so lucky to have their number at hand if and when we should ever need them again.
