A lady looked me up & down without any sort of greeting and said how can I help you! My response was I have an interview. She sarcastically said this is ridiculous, follow me! Never once did she introduce herself or ask who I was. She said let me look at this now because... I asked her name and if she was interviewing me! She said yea after reading her emails I'm assuming she confirmed I had an interview. She began to open the file cabinet draw and started slamming papers on the desk. I excused myself and told her I was no longer interested. I left and call to try to get someone else's she answered and said she was the supervisor! I will not interview or work with someone so rude!

I called immediately and as soon as I heard her voice, I finally felt calm. She was just absolutely wonderful and she knew what she was doing, a real pro. She went over to the house as soon as she could and put my aunt and called my uncle to put him at ease. Their daughter called and she was immediately put at ease. We knew she was in great hands. When Rhoda had to leave, the other caregiver was awesome too. She and her staff are essential in today's world of family moving out of areas where our elderly loved ones want to stay in their homes. I know I will have a need again and the first call will be Rhoda. She is in my iphone and knowing she is a call away is exactly what this family needs.
