A lady looked me up & down without any sort of greeting and said how can I help you! My response was I have an interview. She sarcastically said this is ridiculous, follow me! Never once did she introduce herself or ask who I was. She said let me look at this now because... I asked her name and if she was interviewing me! She said yea after reading her emails I'm assuming she confirmed I had an interview. She began to open the file cabinet draw and started slamming papers on the desk. I excused myself and told her I was no longer interested. I left and call to try to get someone else's she answered and said she was the supervisor! I will not interview or work with someone so rude!

Their neighbor who called us was in Florida on vacation. I called the social worker at the hospital and she recommended Rhoda Blackwood. I called immediately and as soon as I heard her voice, I finally felt calm. She was just absolutely wonderful and she knew what she was doing, a real pro. She went over to the house as soon as she could and put my aunt and called my uncle to put him at ease. Their daughter called and she was immediately put at ease. We knew she was in great hands. When Rhoda had to leave, the other caregiver was awesome too. She and her staff are essential in today's world of family moving out of areas where our elderly loved ones want to stay in their homes. I know I will have a need again and the first call will be Rhoda. She is in my iphone and knowing she is a call away is exactly what this family needs.

For all 4 trips, the team was on time, totally respectful, and kind. One driver was a little too chatty for my fam, especially for the length of the trip. So I let the company know they weren't my nephew's first choice. A year later, they told me they had it in the record. That kind of service and commitment, combined with their fearless commitment to diversity and kindness, makes this one of my favorite companies to use. Honestly, I wish we needed them more!

Unsafe reckless driver drove up and nearly hit a family of 5 at Dulles Airport Arrival Door 1…read morearound 5:45 pm on July 16, 2026. Red Toyota Crown, Maryland license plate 69038B. Driver acted annoyed at the family who was being picked up by a different driving service. The family was there before his client and their vehicle had arrived before him, but he still swerved at both the car and the family including their children, threatening to hit them with his vehicle. Additionally he drove onto the curb while picking up his client. As he drove off, he had his phone in his hand and was looking down as he again got near the vehicle with the family in it and nearly side-swiped the other vehicle. Based on this driver's conduct I would never, EVER risk using this company's services or be associated with them in ANY manner given how reckless their driver was.
