While this place really gave us a good impression with clean rooms and nice area when we arrived however it didn't last through the entire of our stay. The first morning after our check in we heard some noises right outside our cabin and woke up our kids but that wasn't a really big issue. However the second morning there were loud heavy machinery noises driving back and forth right in front of the cabin and workers talking loudly and the entire area was really dusty. The biggest problem is there wasn't any heads up upon check in about the road resurfacing. When we informed the front desk she wasn't very apologetic and show no sign of empathy when I told her they should have moved us to other cabins on the other side when we checked in. I don't usually leave reviews in yelp but we really think they should have the curtesy to informed us about the potential inconveniences and moved us to other cabins if they knew about the road resurfacing right in front of our cabin.

My favorite accommodation on our 9-day trip to Bryce, Zion, and Grand Canyon National Parks. It's a quick 15-20 minute drive to Bryce Canyon National Park. The spacious log cabin was immaculate, comfy and cozy with a view of the red rocks from our small porch, equipped with table and chairs. There was a spacious refrigerator and powerful microwave. The laundromat about a block or so away was convenient. I really have no complaints except it would be nice to include a complimentary cup of coffee from the coffee shop attached to the hotel.

Marginal stay. Broken remote, bird shit in door snd chair, filthy windows with view of bird shit..out of coffee at breakfast and a lumpy horrid mattress.

Pizza could've used more sauce and it was slightly overpriced. Otherwise not bad. Fairly quick

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. As a solo traveler, the cabin was enough for 3 people. Lol. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. Their office also serves as a place to have breakfast. Coffee and burrito is what I had. The staff is super friendly. I will stay here again when I visit!!!

I love this cabin!!! Super cute n soooo clean. Bed was comfy. Ill stay here again. Also check in was easy. Always a plus when theres a coffee shop there

Great stay at the Bryce Canyon Inn. It's tough because we like to stay at chains so we know what to expect. This place was adorable, we stayed in a nice little log cabin. The bathroom was super clean and the room itself was clean too. The lady up front checking us in was super nice. You check in at the coffee shop because the inn also runs the coffee shop and pizza restaurant. The TV in the room was very clear too. Overall, this was a success and we loved every minute of our time ar the Bryce Canyon Inn.

That said, I have an obligation to be honest, especially for other parents traveling with very young children. We booked this property with two kids under 3 years old. Safety isn't optional at that age -- it's everything. What we found were two issues I cannot stay silent about: No working smoke detectors. The smoke detectors throughout the property had no sensor units -- just empty mounting brackets on the ceiling. Not malfunctioning. Not beeping. Simply absent. Traveling with toddlers and having zero fire detection in the home is not something I can minimize. I have photos. This is a life-safety issue and likely a code violation. A deteriorating outdoor deck. The deck showed significant structural wear -- peeling surfaces, weathered and unstable balusters, and exposed nails/slates. With two children under 3 who are at exactly the age of touching, falling, and exploring everything, we did not feel safe letting them near it. Cleanliness -- a pattern, not a one-off. Other reviewers have flagged this too, and we experienced it firsthand. The oven was dirty on arrival. The BBQ grill was coated in old bacon grease from a previous guest -- who had actually left a handwritten note saying "sorry" about the state they left it in. That note tells you everything: even the last guest knew it wasn't acceptable. We also found dead bugs in the trash. These aren't dealbreakers on their own, but combined with the safety issues above, it paints a picture of a property that isn't being properly maintained or turned over between guests. I raised these issues with management and provided documentation. The response was a $90 credit with no explanation, and a brief reply that the issues were "being addressed." No acknowledgment of the severity. No real accountability. If you're traveling without children, your calculus may be different. But if you're booking with little ones, please factor this in. We tried to resolve it privately and in good faith -- I'm sharing this so you can make an informed decision. Don't stay here.

There is one elevator. Pay attention to the receptionist when they tell you the floor. The first number refers to the building. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and the bathroom vanity was long. There was an inexpensive Keurig machine. I successfully made my coffee, but my husband couldn't get the machine to turn on again even with wife help. Microwave in the room. Our mini-fridge was warm and fiddling with the temperature control didn't seem to start it up. I put those comments on my Best Western survey and the general manager responded and thanked me and said the problems would be addressed. I was in cabin 10 and the door sticks and I couldn't get in with the passcode that they sent me in my email. I ended up having to call and then somebody came in an ATV. I waited less than five minutes. It was really quick. He came by and he opened the door for me. I tried it. It worked. I was skeptical. He did mention how a few guests before me also had issues with a lock, so it definitely is something that should have been fixed since it was a known issue. I went to dinner and I was lucky. The guy just happened to be at the cabins because there's not normally somebody on site but it's very easy to get someone to come to you if you need help and he had to let me in again because the door was sticking. I had decided I better not leave the cabin anymore or sit outside like I wanted to because I didn't know if I would be able to get the door open. It was exceptionally clean. It had a very nice layout. The bathroom smelled so good. I actually didn't take a shower there or anything. So I can't comment on that. I feel like the counter in the bathroom needs more support. It's definitely coming away from the sink and it adds a cheapness to the cabin. I will say, though that the runs on the chairs need to be dusted and there's a lot of dust settling on the logs on the walls so there does need to be some dusting done, and there was a huge cobweb that was hanging from the ceiling in the bathroom, it was very obvious to me so I'm not sure how that was overlooked. I was warned by someone else that there were scorpions in traffic. I brought a black light and scorpion killer with me and I checked the cabin and there was nothing in there with the black light scorpions. Do show up with black lights.... It seems pretty insulated, but I could see some light coming through some of the slats in the doors so I just wanted to be careful. It was a great experience and I would recommend these to anyone however, be very careful because these cabins are set back behind two other motels that have log cabins as well. And these are very nice compared to the first ones I went to and the properties all have very similar names. So just watch for that.

(No staff on site). The cabins are in a line with a generous parking space across from the cabin facing a field with picnic table. Each cabin has a front porch with two chairs and small side table. It was adequately supplied for my needs and included, WiFi, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The only minor glitch was the plunger on the sink didn't work well. The plunger knob was not attached to the drain. All in all it was a lovely stay and within walking distance to restaurants. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening. I could even hear roosters from the neighboring farm in the morning. I would highly recommend a stay at Bryce Canyon Log Cabins.

Originally we tried to book the Lodge through the national park reservations system, but put this and a couple others as backups. Being that we only booked our trip about 3 weeks in advance, we got lucky with this place. We were a little tentative because of the reviews (thin walls, etc), but when we got here we were pleasantly satisfied. Has a very Campy feel to it; from the hexagon bench swing setup, to the mini bridges, the volleyball court, and the giant chess setup, it looks like a place we could stay a few days and just hang out without even going anywhere really. But I digress...we rather enjoyed our stay. There is a restaurant in the middle of the property where we had dinner one night. (Note, it can get pretty packed cuz looks like everyone eats there, esp with the live music going on, it's a good time). Check-in was easy, and even though the place is an old school cabin/lodge, they have new electronic keyfobs to get in and out of your room. Just don't forget it because the doors will automatically lock on you. We had to get a spare from the front desk once during our stay. The room was small, as to be expected; not much common space, just enough for your beds, luggage (not too much) and other small items. We kept most stuff in the car (You can park directly in front your cabin, space willing. There are separated cabins as well, but we didn't book far enough in advance. But we def paid a lot less than we would have at the Lodge or another place closer to the park. But again, it's like 11 minutes out, so not a big deal. The shower is a little small, but we made it work. We were able to sleep well, and though you can hear things, it wasn't not too bad and everyone seemed to be pretty respectful of each other and didn't cause too much noise. I did feel bad because I loaded the car up late at night and our car was facing the cabins directly and the headlights from our rental shone directly into one of the rooms, but I quickly turned them off and apologies and they were okay with it and understood. They also have RV spots and a couple were there during our stay, so it seemed fine for them as well.

The room was tiny and had no closet. We had to wait 30 minutes to eat at their restaurant. The wait got up to over 45 minutes. How does that make sense?
