    Drinks around the fire pit.

Cute, quaint, comfy beds good Wi-Fi . They emailed us on the night of arrival to let us know our cottage was ready . Cute mini fridge and microwave. We booked thru capital one and I thought we were getting one with a full kitchen. But everything worked out fine. We pulled up to ask for a coffee maker and before we got to the door the hostess was opening the door to see what we needed. We pulled around to the back and the hostess was running out to her golf cart with a Keurig coffee maker. It's about a half hour from Bryce. Nice place excellent customer service. I need this bed, very comfortable wonderful sheets. Excellent hospitality. We met some nice people from St. Louis who were pretty entertaining and supplied my boyfriend with beer. And we shared our Cognac. And an interesting couple from Holland around the fire pit So much fun! Thank you for making it such a pleasant stay. Oh the lotion they gave smells amazing!!

Extra long room (king mini suite)

Nice place to stay. We stayed in the king mini suite and it was a lot bigger than the pictures. Room was fairly updated. The staff was nice. Not much to do in the town but a good place to stop.

Cute cabins that are either new or have been updated so they are quite comfortable inside. The reception was incredibly friendly and they get the fire pit going at sunset and provide guests with s'mores! What a great little perk! Also the location is great - far enough from the commercial touristy stuff right outside of Bryce Canyon, but close enough to get into the park (~14 miles).

Front porch w/chairs to enjoy the weather

After my own research, I choose this place based on reviews. Fridge/microwave to make breakfast. Did not disappoint. Only a half hour drive to Bryce NP entry. I will be back.

The cabin was a wonderful experience. It was very clean and quiet! It has everything you need from a comfy bed, a table to enjoy your dinner, and even a microwave. Coming from Vegas this is a perfect spot to get away from all the noises and people. Very serene and beautiful. Also the workers were very friendly and made us feel welcomed! Will be staying here again.

Arrived late but the guy who works here stayed and helped back us into our RV spot. Great way to end a great family day.

Nice hot shower felt so good after a long day hiking around Bryce Canyon and got us ready for Day 2 at Zion.

The lobby has a super tall ceiling and a lodge-like feel, really fancy and modern. Plenty of parking. The breakfast included breakfast with a big buffet of scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with ham, pancakes, cereal, sausage, bacon, fruit, tater tots, breakfast muffins and donuts had much more choices than the Best Western we stayed at in at Springdale for Zion National Park. There is one elevator. Pay attention to the receptionist when they tell you the floor. Our room was 3461, and he said the 4th floor which seemed like a mistake until we got out on the 3rd floor and could not find our room. The second digit refers to the floor number. The first number refers to the building. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and the bathroom vanity was long. There was an inexpensive Keurig machine. I successfully made my coffee, but my husband couldn't get the machine to turn on again even with wife help. Microwave in the room. Our mini-fridge was warm and fiddling with the temperature control didn't seem to start it up. I put those comments on my Best Western survey and the general manager responded and thanked me and said the problems would be addressed. The pool and hot tub are located in the center of the buildings, so it can be more shaded there in the afternoon. The park shuttle does not stop at this hotel but Ruby's Inn about 7 - 10 minutes walking. We drove the 0.5 miles for dinner there - Cowboy's Buffet and Steak Room. We got there about 5:40 pm and by 6:30 pm, it looked like a 30-45 minute line. When they run out of the ribs, you might be stuck eating the buffet or other menu choices. The ribs were good!

The location was perfect for visiting Bryce Canyon. We could drive to the park in 10 to 20 minutes, which made it easy to catch sunrise, sunset, and stargazing while still having a comfortable place to come back to. Breakfast was great! The crib they provided us did not meet safe sleep guidelines. The mattress was too small for the crib, and it left a large 2 inch gap. Luckily my baby is older (13 months), so SIDS or suffocation is not as much of a concern anymore. But it is something to keep in mind. My biggest concern happened on our second night. We came back after sunset and stargazing, around 10:30pm. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. My baby was fussy while we were working through our bedtime routine. Just as he was finally drifting off, the front desk called and woke him right back up to tell me they'd gotten noise complaints and that we needed to be quiet during night hours. The woman rudely said "Quiet hours start at 10pm why aren't you being quiet?!" She treated us like belligerent partiers instead of a family with two small kids. When I explained that we have two babies and were doing our best, she still wasn't professional or empathetic about it at all. It honestly gave me a lot of anxiety because I was scared we would get kicked out for my baby crying whenever he made any noise. The hotel was not full, so maybe a room change to a more remote part of the hotel would have been appropriate. I have traveled with my kids many times before and never experienced something like that. There were many elderly guests staying around us, so maybe that contributed to the problem. Still, handling the issue with a little more understanding and grace would've gone a long way for me. Housekeeping could use a little work as well. I don't think they vaccuumed the floors our entire stay. With two little kids, there were some crumbs on the floor. By the time we left it was getting pretty bad and I didn't like my baby being on the floor because it was dirty. Overall the location is great and the rooms are nice, but management should think hard about how front desk staff are trained to handle situations involving families. I'd think twice before booking here again.
