We were so happy with the first time that we just hired them on the spot the second time. We trust them so much we didn't even need a quote, but their EXCELLENT sales person Susan drove out to look and gave us a very fair price. The crew of three was very professional, courteous, fast, and clean. They even had had to deal with our dogs barking at them for four days but they were good sports. She estimated the job would take two days and the crew showed up promptly and did an amazing job, finishing up early on the second day. We then had a heavy rain the following day and I was concerned about any paint washing away - Erica came out and walked the property with me showing that the foundation and rocks were clean, but to reach out if I had any other concerns. We hired Lollis to tear out all the flooring and install new tile and carpet, cut down our kitchen island to 1 level and extend the size of the counter, paint all cabinets in the house (kitchen, bathrooms and laundry), install window trim and crown molding, install new 5+" molding in entire house, install new quartz counter tops, do 1 wall of shiplap in the livingroom, build and install barn doors in the livingroom, install all new lighting and ceiling fans throughout the house, install a water filtration system and paint the entire interior of the house (including ceilings). The entire time the remodel was happening we were still living in CO. Lollis is extremely trustworthy and we had no issue turning over the keys to our home to them. They kept in constant contact, sent pictures and updates regularly and checked in with us at each step of the remodel to ensure we were all in the loop on everything happening. We didn't see the remodeled home until the day we arrived with the moving truck to move in. I was almost in tears when I saw the home. The work they did was beyond astonishing. Everything was absolutely perfect. To say they are perfectionists is almost an understatement. Everything they did was above and beyond our expectations. There was not 1 item in the entire home that we had to have them come fix or redo. Not one. It was all done flawlessly. They made what could have been a nightmare and difficult remodel into a dream come true for us. They are a pleasure to work with and the most upstanding, skilled and trustworthy company. After moving in we hired them to do a quick install of a 2nd fence/gate on our property to help keep our dogs from escaping every time someone came by and opened the main fence gate. When they painted my house they didn't use the paint that I paid extra for. I came home to see all of the gallons were the wrong tier of paint. I took a picture and brought it up to the owner he said sorry about that we'll fix that tomorrow. They were already 90% done at this point so the remaining 10% was painted in the better paint I requested. When I paid them I took off the extra money for the additional charge because they didn't use that and the owner was not happy and acted like I was gipping him. So we paid the additional money even though they didn't deserve it. Instead I'd like to leave this review. They didn't do what they said they were going to do. The prep work was piss poor. One coat where you could still see the original color, they didn't patch or fix any of the areas. Overall if you are looking for shady business and half assed work.
