However, I thought well maybe they will see it when they look at the ring to resize it and give us a call asking if we want to keep the engraving. They didn't call and sure enough when we picked up the ring the engraving was gone. An error on both parties but I think if they are a high quality business who pays attention to small details they could have caught the engraving. They said we can get it engraved again for $50.
