This is a must if you're staying in Bryce Canyon! Me and my 2 friends rode in one ATV and took turns for our 4h trips (came out to 145$ per person after tax). While our other friend couple and their 5 year old rode in another one and followed us for part of the trip. Riding the ATV and discovering what seemed like hidden scenery was so magical and fun. I can't recommend it enough. Jeff took the time to explain everything in detail and let us go on our own. He's awesome! Again don't think twice and go check it out. So worth it.

Just want to give anyone a heads up if trying to take their kids here. The women at the front desk made it very clear this is not a kid friendly establishment. Questioning my ability to watch the kids because my handicap father could not physically walk around with me. She clearly didn't want us in her museum but wanted the money to feed the deer. She then proceeded to watch us like criminals. It's sad because my kid enjoyed seeing the many animals but not worth the money to be treated so Poorly. This was My second time here but this time I will not be back an will not recommend to Anyone traveling with kids.

Incredible museum!! All of the different exhibits and habitats for different animals were created so carefully and thoughtfully with incredible attention to detail. Admission was $10 which was honestly generous considering the experience I was provided. I will definitely be stopping here any time I come back to Bryce Canyon

We were heading up to Bryce Canyon for some hiking an sightseeing, when we were on our way there we seen the museum to the right so we decided to stop in when we pulled into the parking lot & low and behold we saw the ATV rentals. Also keep in mind that we were a group of 10 in our family one being a child and we inquired within, the gentleman who helped us was very informative, professional, and helpful and described the adventure as something that would be very fun for our family. He was not lying. So we decided to take the adventure and the way I would describe this adventure is WOW AMAZING! The views were amazing the ride was terrific the animals that we saw were spectacular and the lake was also beautiful if you want to take this adventure please stop by there and do it you will not regret it. I was definitely surprised when I went into this museum and saw all the animals and insects on display. It was a massive collection of some of the coolest animals and insects I have seen thus far. Owner is a super chill guy and is an interesting person to listen to especially of his hunting stories. Since we went into the museum and enjoyed it so much, we decided to do his trail adventure. We couldn't pass it up because he gave us a good discount and it was exhilarating. If you are in the area, go visit and enjoy what they have to offer

Honestly really cool museum of taxidermy animals. My kiddo loved it and it was really neat seeing some of the animals super close up. We also fed the deer and goats. Museum curator was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. 4.5/5 stars

Nice place to see animals in their habitat. Tuis place is packed with artifacts and animals. My kids liked it. They got to feed the deer outside afterwards.

So many interesting species of butterflies

Just stopped in again for the 3rd time with our family. This museum is a must see for everyone! Our boys are age 11 and 13 and we all found so many interesting things to look at, animals and bugs from all over the world. Truly an awesome experience!! Many species of fish too, lots to learn if you take your time. A road schoolers dream stop! If you get a minute time to talk to the owner, he's a wealth of knowledge and cool stories. We love this place!

I wish there was a grizzly on display but this bear was still pretty big.

This review is for the museum, not the ATV portion of the business. Understand that this place is privately owned and totally funded by the family that lives there. I have noticed some negative reviews that revolve around interactions with the owners but they were very accommodating with us. The museum and its displays are very unexpected. I thought it would be Utah and Bryce Canyon centric but you'll find lifelike animal displays from all over the world. The second floor, which I skipped, was filled with butterflies which would make any entomologist proud. There are many Native American Artifacts and Old West Memorabilia on display which I always find interesting. Included are a few old west badges which many collectors would give a body part to have in their collection. It cost us $8 per person to enter and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes but as you can see from some of the photos, you'll get to experience some very lifelike displays and a chance to see some animals up close that most will only see on National Geographic. I hope some of the local school districts take advantage of this location, I think kids who are old enough would really appreciate the museum.

Highly recommended!! Walked into the museum not knowing what to expect. We were quickly greeted by the owner(Robert) and he shared some brief history and let us walk about to view all the animals and displays he has gathered over the years! Some amazing details in each exhibit and definitely an awesome collection! After we're done walking around Robert caught up with us and we asked questions and chatted for a good 20 mins. I highly recommend asking him questions as he has some amazing stories to share! It definitely helped that my group was from Vegas and so is Robert. We shared some additional stories about vegas. Afterwards we ventured out back to see the goats and deer he had on property that you can feed. Sharing some pictures of the exhibits, but there is soooo much more to see!! Highly recommend, the $8 is well spent!!

I can't rave enough about how amazing this whole experience was. You're given a side by side atv and a map, and you get to ride around on these barely touched trails with Elk, Antelope, Foxes, Prairie Dogs, and birds all around you. The stops and viewpoints are breathtaking. The man helping us - Robert was his name I believe - couldn't have been more helpful and descriptive when helping us plan the route, and even grabbed a freakin beanie out of his truck since my girlfriend forgot one and it happened to be a colder day. Not to mention he did all of it like he was genuinely excited for us to go on this trail ride. He takes you out to the first road and lets you have your fun after that. Please please pay attention to his directions! I almost thought he was over explaining it because I'm good with a map. It's so easy to get lost out there with all the different trails. Make sure you're keeping an eye on any marker you pass by to make sure you're on the right trail! We got off course a couple times and only noticed cause we checked every sign to make sure we stayed on track. If I could give 6 stars I would. This adventure couldn't have been better and the price is so fair for the experience. He even moved his schedule around for us. To The person that helped us - thank you again for your genuine kindness and enthusiasm. You made this trip for us! See you again whenever we're back in town!

There is one elevator. Pay attention to the receptionist when they tell you the floor. Our room was 3461, and he said the 4th floor which seemed like a mistake until we got out on the 3rd floor and could not find our room. The second digit refers to the floor number. The first number refers to the building. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and the bathroom vanity was long. There was an inexpensive Keurig machine. I successfully made my coffee, but my husband couldn't get the machine to turn on again even with wife help. Microwave in the room. Our mini-fridge was warm and fiddling with the temperature control didn't seem to start it up. I put those comments on my Best Western survey and the general manager responded and thanked me and said the problems would be addressed. The location was perfect for visiting Bryce Canyon. We could drive to the park in 10 to 20 minutes, which made it easy to catch sunrise, sunset, and stargazing while still having a comfortable place to come back to. Breakfast was great! The crib they provided us did not meet safe sleep guidelines. The mattress was too small for the crib, and it left a large 2 inch gap. Luckily my baby is older (13 months), so SIDS or suffocation is not as much of a concern anymore. But it is something to keep in mind. My biggest concern happened on our second night. We came back after sunset and stargazing, around 10:30pm. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. My baby was fussy while we were working through our bedtime routine. Just as he was finally drifting off, the front desk called and woke him right back up to tell me they'd gotten noise complaints and that we needed to be quiet during night hours. The woman rudely said "Quiet hours start at 10pm why aren't you being quiet?!" She treated us like belligerent partiers instead of a family with two small kids. When I explained that we have two babies and were doing our best, she still wasn't professional or empathetic about it at all. It honestly gave me a lot of anxiety because I was scared we would get kicked out for my baby crying whenever he made any noise. The hotel was not full, so maybe a room change to a more remote part of the hotel would have been appropriate. I have traveled with my kids many times before and never experienced something like that. There were many elderly guests staying around us, so maybe that contributed to the problem. Still, handling the issue with a little more understanding and grace would've gone a long way for me. Housekeeping could use a little work as well. I don't think they vaccuumed the floors our entire stay. With two little kids, there were some crumbs on the floor. By the time we left it was getting pretty bad and I didn't like my baby being on the floor because it was dirty. Overall the location is great and the rooms are nice, but management should think hard about how front desk staff are trained to handle situations involving families. I'd think twice before booking here again.

5/5 - Nature, Dust, and Jeff's Slightly Disappointing Printing Company…read more If you're in Bryce Canyon City and NOT renting an ATV from Bryce Wildlife Outfitters, what are you even doing with your life? We did the 4-hour tour, which was the absolute sweet spot--long enough to see everything, short enough to still walk the next day. Jeff, our ATV guru and cartographer-in-chief, gave us excellent instructions and very thorough maps. We were all set for adventure, except... the lake on the map wasn't blue. Not in real life (it was gorgeous), only on the map. Apparently Jeff's printer missed that note and he was genuinely disappointed about it, which made it 10x funnier. A+ for effort and printer-induced emotional honesty. The ride took us through Dixie National Forest, which sounds like a theme park but is actually full of 3,000+ year-old bristlecone pines that make you rethink all your life choices. We had epic views of hoodoos, mountain vistas, and the reservoir that was a beautiful blue. Wildlife count: * Osprey? Unfortunately None. * Prairie dogs? Also nope. * Their homes? Absolutely. We stared into a lot of empty holes with hopes and dreams but nothing. In total, we covered about 45 miles and only said "WOOHOO!" about 137 times. If you're looking for a dusty, scenic, laughter-filled ride with some seriously ancient trees and an unreasonably charming host named Jeff--this is it. Would 10/10 ride again. Jeff, hire a new printer. You deserve it.
