They have zero respect for my time, and it clear that appointments mean nothing to them, and neither does customer satisfaction Since there were no decent Saturday appointments available, that I could drop my car off and come back, I scheduled one for 7:45 Friday morning. I got there 5 minutes early, got it checked in and was told it would be an hour to an hour and half at most. I received a text from the service manager telling me I could text for update at any time. I texted him at 9:15 for an update and got no response. Why offer this if you're not going to respond? With the newly renovated waiting area I could see the car was finally pulled into the shop until 9:25...an hour and 40 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for. At that point i went out to the speak with the service manger to see why it was so delayed and he gave me some BS excuse that appointments start at 6....i still have no idea what means, I can see they have more than one mechanic and more than one service bay, don't take appointments if you can keep them. It's truly never ending with these people once my prepaid service plan is done, so is my business with this dealer. They are not worth the headache! My car was finally pulled out of the shop at 10. If it only takes 35 minutes, I could have been out of there by 8:30

I felt as though I was being discrimized against. I filed a report with the BBB and the Consumer Products Commission. Please call 336-295-6357 and tell upper management that Charles needs to treat their customers with more respect and to have understanding to their customer's needs!
