I have worked with many of the service advisors and they are all so friendly and helpful. I appreciate their updated location which has a nice waiting area with complimentary wifi, water, and coffee. They even have a shuttle service that can drop you off at home, work or just take you to grab food if you would like. The $40 oil change you simply cannot beat and they aren't too pushy when offering services that's are needed, as many who work off of commission are. The service team will address your concerns, and offer solutions accordingly. Even if there is a mixup or additional issue after leaving the shop, they do their due diligence in making corrections and that for me makes all the difference. I have bought multiple cars from this dealer over the years, back to when they were Crown Honda...and they always drag the process out, making it a completely unnecessary full day event. And as you'd expect, no matter if you're buying a new or used car, they live up to their used car salesman reputation of being pushy, and trying to upsell. When I've bought cars in the past, they have seriously low balled me on trade in values, and only after I call them out on it, do they actually offer a more honest, and fair offer. I understand they still need to make money on the trade in, but if they want a sale, they also need to make an honest offer to me. When i take my car in for oil change service, I always make an appointment, making it for first thing on a Saturday, at 7:30-8am depending on what is available...and despite having an appointment, and dropping my car off the night before, it still takes until 11am-noon....Why does it take 4 hours for a oil change when i have a scheduled appointment? My biggest peeve since buying the car is the fact that they cannot, or perhaps simply refuse to update their system with MY phone number or email address. When I schedule an appointment, if i do it by phone i give them my contact info, if i do it on their website, again, I give them my info, and when i drop the car off and fill out the form for the drop box....i put MY INFO. No matter how I do it, they ALWAYS for some reason reach out to my wife. I have asked them multiple times to correct this, but every time the confirmations are sent to her. I used to think this dealer was one of the better, more honest ones. I regrettably bought a service plan when I got the car, but once it is complete, I think my relationship with this dealership will also be. Bottom line, if they do not respect my time, won't update my contact info...they won't be getting any more of my business.

Mary is working diligently to make sure customers have a positive experience moving forward. She is VERY aware of the issues and is taking steps to ensure these types of customer experiences no longer happen. Updating this review from 1 star to 3 stars. Making an appointment does you absolutely no good at all. I live 40 minutes away so I have no other choice than to wait for my vehicle. The last two times it has taken in excess of 3 hours to get in and out for routine service that is required by my warranty even though I had an appointment. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional while also maintaining a complete and constant state of confusion. On two occasions, they have tried to charge me for oil changes and filters that are covered by the Platinum TOYOGUARD warranty that I paid for when I bought my vehicle. ALWAYS check your bill as this tactic seems to be routine. I have 2 recalls on my vehicle that have no remedy available. This has been the case for months. Also expect to get a text message with an offer to buy your vehicle once you check in. I'm not there to sell, I'm there for SERVICE. The staff is equipped with a lot of technology that they are either unable or don't know how to use. Loads of efficiency can be achieved with technology if it is used and applied correctly. Rice seems to throw technology at the wall to see what sticks at the expense of customer service quality. Before leaving this review I contacted Mary Rice directly via email. She initially responded with concern and asked that I call her. I did and received a text message back with a canned response that security footage had been reviewed and the service team had been briefed on how they can improve. So they received a stern talking to with no repercussions for their unprofessional behavior. I don't leave negative reviews without first giving company management a chance to rectify the problems. Clearly, they don't care either. I bought my first Toyota from Rice Toyota in 1977 and I bought my last one in 2023.

    Bought a Jeep Wrangler less than 2 years ago. Drove it off the lot, next day engine light comes on…read more Took it back, owner said it was fixed. I asked what was wrong with it. I got the "IDK our mechanics are MOPAR guys no worries". Every 2 months I have a engine light that pops up. I've changed 02 sensors twice, both cam shaft sensors twice, purge canister, and took it to another Jeep mechanic to change out the same thing that I took it back for in the first place. Went into limp mode three times since I bought it...Valve cover and Oil filter housing/cooler was leaking. Had to get a upgraded part, no wonder they have a fresh air freshener in there. Over $2200 in repairs in less than a year. Just be careful, and ask if you could take the car home and drive it for a day before buying. Don't buy anything anywhere without testing everything out and taking it to your mechanic first!!!

My husband has been…read morelooking to purchase a very specific model of truck, a 2018 Ram 2500 Cummins with a manual transmission, for the past six months. He finally found one at BrookBank Auto through an online advertisement. The truck looked to be in mint condition and too good to be true. Living in Pennsylvania, almost six hours away, we were hesitant to make the drive. My husband called Jeff and our fears were put to rest. Jeff was completely professional. He was not at all your stereotypical, pushy used car salesman. He was a pleasure to do business with. After placing a hold deposit, we made the trip down to look over the vehicle. The truck looked just as advertised online. There was no false advertising! A mechanic made the trip with us and took the truck out on an extended test drive. Our mechanic looked the truck over (top to bottom, front to back) trying to find a reason to NOT buy the truck. Consequentially, the only flaw was a cracked a/c condenser. Following the test drive, we brought this issue to Jeff's attention. We could tell by his demeanor that Jeff was genuinely unaware of the issue with the condenser. Negotiations were very simple. Jeff was a reasonable and fair man to do business with. The negotiations were complete and the price was finalized before we even left our home. There were no surprises! However, Jeff agreed to negotiate a fair refund for the cost of repair for the condenser. Receiving the refund was no issue at all and timely. We cannot say enough good things about Jeff and BrookBank Auto Exchange, LLC. We would definitely encourage and recommend friends and family to do business with them. We look forward to the opportunity to buy another vehicle from Jeff someday in the future! Thanks again, Jeff! Katy and Nick Kirsch
