An e mail marketing piece went out to my client database with a glaring mistake which was a result of some glitch on their end. The final straw was a hugely substandard marketing mailing piece that they authorized on my behalf from a non reputable company. I am now disputing the charges with that vendor (which realsupport authorized) so the headache continues even though I terminated the relationship.
