I signed up to help get information on purchasing a new home and the Emina Dapcevic who referred to speak to the one of there lenders by to get an pre approval never called back yet came off kind of rude . My credit check that was performed by the relator here was good Emina Dapcevic did the check . I submitted forms and signed the paperwork yet contract to this day still have gotten no pre approval etc. The communication was right there and the second lender I spoke to hear was rude as well for the most part, They need to train there staff how to talk to people. Hired Edward Henderson, with Exit, to sell a property. At first he seemed reliable, but as soon as I signed the contract he just wanted to push me to sell. He grabbed an unusual 4% fee for himself (instead of the usual 2.5%), I had to do some of the showings, take pictures, deliver documents, do the final walkthrough, and deliver the keys to the title company my self (all which he should have done). In the end he made over $10,000 and did the bare minimum. I didn't even get a thank you phone call. Several months later I received a call from the realty saying they wanted to send me a "thank you" gift, but needless to say I never received anything. I wouldn't do business with him or this realty agency. Save your money and time. read more

We couldn't be happier with the services provided by Mr. Cyrus Alexander Moslemi of the Nicholas Ryan Team. We contacted Cyrus by chance (via the internet) because we were interested in touring a two-flat home we saw listed. Cyrus spent a huge amount of his time working with my wife and I, as if we were his only clients. We were unfamiliar with the many nuances associated with selling our condo and pursuing a multi-unit property...things have changed considerably in the past 20 years. Cyrus patiently explained every detail to us. He provided helpful information and referred us to two experts for financial (Kiki Calumet) and legal (Michael Settani) concerns, and they too proved to be top-notch in every respect. Although it took about a week for our offer to be accepted, the seller "terminated" our offer while under a prolonged attorney review. Our attorney (and Cyrus) had informed us that both the seller's agent and attorney were dumbfounded by the seller's erratic behavior. We were demoralized, and Cyrus informed us that he would find us a better property. This seemed like a consoling gesture and professional courtesy at the time because we had our hearts set on this property. However, Cyrus found a few alternatives that we semi-reluctantly agreed to check out because we felt pretty certain nothing of great interest would be available in the near future. We were wrong. We looked at a few properties and found a single-family home that was beyond belief. It was a very hot property and following Cyrus's lead our offer was accepted. Our financer (recommended by Cyrus) was spot-on, easy to work with, got us the absolute best rate, and we closed without a hitch. In terms of our condo, Cyrus and one of his team members helped us stage it for show. We received two solid offers, went under contract in two weeks, and closed within 5 weeks. Several comparable condos in our area were still on the market by the time we closed. In addition, Cyrus was brilliant in helping us understand and benefit from financing options we hadn't considered. And he was quite patient with our need to revisit the numbers from time to time as this was unfamiliar territory for us. Investing in a property that is worth more than double the value of our current condo is scary to say the least and we probably would not have gone forward without Cyrus' information and insights. About 4 years ago I worked directly with Nick to purchase my condo, he was super responsive, friendly, and educated me throughout the entire process. This summer (2021) when my fiancé and I were looking to sell that condo and find a fixer upper I decided to reach out to Nick again. My partner and I went with one of their buyer agents and had an okay experience. They promised us a "luxury experience" where they would pay for a massage and dinner if we ended up purchasing a home. After a few months of searching and viewing we did buy a home and we paid them about $6000 as a percentage of the final home price for their services per their contract. They gave us a $50 gift card that works with only a handful of mediocre (mostly chain) restaurants in Chicago. Their agent gave vague answers, sometimes just flat out wrong answers (that were later corrected by our attorney), to specific questions about clauses in the buyer contract. They also made multiple mistakes in the buyer contract, including not checking boxes that should have been checked and calculating the wrong total amount of earnest money, which worked against us in the negotiations with the seller. They also submitted a higher offer to the seller agent than we had agreed upon in a phone call with them moments earlier. We certainly didn't feel like they were representing our interests well. The only thing they did well was regularly send us homes that fit our search criteria. Overall We would not recommend them to represent other prospective buyers. read more
