Technician was a very nice guy, but I had to force them for an answer by calling every day for 6 business days. Each time I had to call I was given a general rude tone by both the receptionist and the service manager Jeff. I was told, prior to booking the appointment, "your issue is the controller, we will order one and the tech will install it in a couple of weeks".. With that in mind I booked the appointment believing my generator would be all set. I cannot recommend them as the entire situation took a 180* turn and they are backstopping on their original statement when I booked the appointment. Now I am left with a defective generator 1 month after the warranty expired (my gripe for that is with Kohler, I know) and a service establishment who "doesn't know what the problem is, but here is a $700 bill".
