So on one occasion, the regular caregiver found him on Monday a.m. in his living room asleep on the floor in the fetal position, with the same clothes on that he had on Friday. Clothes obviously completely soiled. The caregiver from Goodcare basically did nothing, while I paid well over $500 for the privilege. But, I realize things happen and I called Goodcare to let them know. They were nice enough and said they would take care of it. Several weeks later, the same thing happened. And of course they billed me for the privilege. So I called again, and told them I couldn't use them any more - I actually need someone to TAKE CARE of my dad on the weekends. Like shower him, change him, tuck him in. The kind of stuff that home care agencies are supposed to do. Jo Beth assured me she would speak with the owner and that he would contact me. I also asked if there was anything they could do about my bill, since I am paying for SERVICE that was never performed. She assured me that SOMETHING would be done and that I would hear from someone soon. Three weeks later, I've heard nothing but crickets. Sorry folks, but as far as I'm concerned, Goodcare is actually "No Care." And you pay $25 an hour minimum for "no care." Good day.

No one in the office has any respect or knowledge about disabilities or how to professionally care for someone disabled. Don't try and have good insurance and go because they'll bill you wrong anyway. And don't make any plans to be seen before your due date you calculate yourself because scheduling an appointment with them in near impossible. Going to a butcher shop for prenatal care would be safer and more effective

I've only met 1 doctor that I absolutely loved and she was the only reason I continued taking my children. Dr Hough, she was amazing, but once she was finished with school she left as did I. It's extremely annoying to have foreign doctors that can't speak clear English, you will see this quite often here. Their bedside manners need much help. I NEVER got my sick child into see the doctor on the same day, hell I was lucky to get them in during the same week! Now for the ob/gyn department. Same story as pediatrics. Lots of wonderful doctors over the years but all leave as soon as they can. Dr Rhoton Dr Solberg Dr Gooch(both of them, Jennifer & Jason) Dr Vas Dr Franken They all gave me quality healthcare but sadly moved and I could no longer see them. I have no chronic illness and just do an annual check up each year. I am not going to spend 60/month, on top of visit cost, insurance co-pay and cost of my health insurance when I have no need for the extended services you are offering and sadly will no longer be recommending your clinic to family and friends.
