I waited until 330 and went inside the lobby. Another advisor kindly decided to help me. I showed him the issue (water condensation inside the light of a 4 month old Cadillac). He said that it would go away after a couple of days. I informed him it's been that way for 1.5 weeks. He then informed me that it was common for all of their cars including corvettes. I then informed him that I'd go to another dealer who actually cared. I went to the SSF Cadillac location this morning, and they were prompt, helpful, and the warranty part will arrive on Monday. Honestly, Joe Putnam would be embarrassed at how badly the service has degraded at his dealership. I would skip this location in the future and recommend servicing your vehicle elsewhere.
