    This dealership effectively wasted six weeks of my time. I put a deposit in for a very specific new Lexus. They ran my credit, told me I was good to go and that the car was mine. We exchanged emails saying it would be delivered and held while I was away on a trip to Oahu. This was confirmed yet again via text when the car arrived, they only had to hold it 2-3 days. The day after the confirmation they sold it out from underneath me then tried to pawn off another vehicle that does not suit my needs onto me with a later delivery date. My point, if you value your time like I do and take people at their word DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. I had purchased a Lexus from them previously but they lost me for life after this very negative experience. Adding onto frustration Steven's Creek Lexus down 101 had received the vehicle I wanted earlier, gave me a call and I told them to let it go given the fact that Putnam had promised this specific vehicle to me.     I had a flat tire on my Lexus on a Saturday night while traveling out of town in Northern California. Although the Putnam Lexus service department is closed on Sunday, I called the sales department, and Michael spoke with his manager. They agreed that I can tow my car to the dealer on Sunday, assuring me they would move it into the service area so the repairs could start first thing Monday. When my tow truck arrived at the dealer on Sunday late afternoon, I met with Michael in the sales department. He immediately contacted his manager and opened the truck bay, allowing my Lexus to be safely parked inside the building near the service department. This level of service made me feel confident that my Lexus would be secure overnight until the repair could begin on Monday. Early Monday morning, while en route to the dealership via Uber, I received a text alert confirming that my Lexus was being serviced. Shortly after, Alma, the service manager, called me to inform me that they were starting the tire replacement. Upon my arrival, Alma greeted me warmly, reassured me about the repair process, and provided an estimated completion time. The customer waiting area was comfortable, equipped with a TV and coffee, which allowed me to relax while waiting for my Lexus to be repaired. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the service at Putnam Lexus and highly recommend them to other Lexus owners in the area.

    Car service and check-out time The first person that came to me was super welcoming and accommodating. The car service they said would take about 2.5 hours, it probably took closer to 3 hours and at check-out I was standing for probably 5 minutes until one of the staff there was able to check me out. Ambiance This is probably one of the nicest waiting areas I've seen for customers. Since there isn't shuttle service to bring you to home, office, or other location while waiting it is definitely filled with amenities including wifi. The waiting area is spacious. They provide nice comfortable seats and tables and couches, magazines, coffee, snacks (granola bars and pastries). Verdict Given my experience, it was so good that I know that I'll definitely come here again to be my go-to place for servicing all of our Lexus cars. I highly recommend them.

    A big thank you to Arash , Mike and Case ! I'm super happy with the customer service given to me. I have been in the market for this vehicle for some time and they made it happen! Arash is very respectful and patient and took the time to explain the process. Mike is very friendly and straight forward , loved doing business with him. Case , our finance manager stayed past closing to help us sign our paper work.. if you are in the market for a Lexus , this is the place !!

He was the man when it comes to paint and other needs Paul was super cool! He was professional, engaging, and definitely an expert in the paint department. He gave me some really credible sound advice and helped me out to do the best paint match he could. He had really solid customer service. Not what I expected when I first walked in. Although I never imagine Napa being a place to go for car Sevice and help. Now I know. Although, I am so used to going to AutoZone and Kragen. I would love to make this location my go to for car and automotive parts that I need when there's attention to detail needed.

My son has 91 Acura and we needed a clutch plate, a simple thing most of the time, except, Acura made a spline size change mid year and getting the right size has been a non-stop hassle. Forget trying to explain it to some kid who barely speaks english, or getting them to keep trying because they mis boxed the part (Common for this particular thing). Enter Youngs Autoparts. First up, Larry does the natural thing a real car guy would do, He gets out the calipers and measures the old spline. Then the girl behind the counter (I can't remember her name) tripple checks and orders the part. all while a little country music is playing and conversations are going on Even with that, the part is wrong... Enter Scott, who CALLS ME BACK!! Tells me, I'm gonna double check the next box that comes in and keep double checking till we get the right part. He says " this has to be a mis-boxing of the part so we'll just keep on it" Sure enough second box comes in, same part numbers, different part. I know I've been 5 staring things quite a bit but that's only because I don't think to YELP unless I reallly Love / Hate something. Don't come rolling in here in some big Ol hurry, This is old school. Come here if you appreciate a conversation and great service. Highly reccomend

My super favorite trusted bike shop…read morein Los Altos had recommended a very similar well-regarded competitor (based in San Jose) to get a hitch, bike rack, and installation. It turns out my Infiniti QX 50 can only take one hitch and only one bike rack, so options were pretty limited. After getting a solid quote from this competitor for all three (but pricey in aggregate), I called The Rack Spot just as a reality check. Will picked up the phone and I was blown away by his customer service and the shop's pricing! Without knowing who I had already talked to, Will freely offered pretty good discounts on both the rack and hitch as part of their normal pricing policy, but he then gave me some market color on the Curt hitch I was looking to buy. He went a further step by suggesting that I just order the hitch on my own online and coached me through it, since the shop had just gone through a really steep price hike and it would probably be cheaper to get it my own. I also needed it installed quickly for our trip a week from now, and Will helped me manage the logistics to ensure everything would work out well and placed the order right then and there (the other shop only puts their orders in on Mondays, so I would have had to wait 5 days). All in all, I saved $700 by going to these guys ($1900 elsewhere), so I will be referring everyone to The Rack Spot from now on!
