Five years later, and after giving the current team a shot, I was finally able to get what I wanted and mutual terms and wasn't just told what I wanted to hear, but they actually made it happen. Khalil soooo much patience and positive outlook, he and Gianni who never forgot to follow up with me. Nick who worked with Khalil and gave me a brutally honest yet best help I have had almost ever at a dealership and then JR who worked on some great deals on extra coverages. And then Joe, coming in with a couple favors/offers himself (i'll keep the one a secret)! Oh wait.... Did I mention Khalil. Getting me from not wanting to come in to 5 visits since my purchase on Monday. Sitting here waiting on my detail now, let see what kind of review i'll give the service department

If you are considering purchasing pre-owned inventory here, inspect the vehicle underneath with a flashlight and read every single line of your contract before signing anything. We arrived with thirty thousand dollars cash down to purchase a used 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon advertised at 35,658 dollars. What followed was a textbook exercise in predatory dealer practices: 1. Massive payment and contract packing: When they printed the California 553 sales contract, they tacked on 8,095 dollars in backend dealer add-ons we never requested, including a 2,400 dollar ceramic coating, a 1,200 dollar tire and wheel package, and an astonishing 4,495 dollar aftermarket service contract through USWC. 2. Tied selling and refusal to remove optional add-ons: When challenged, they dropped the tire and wheel package and discounted the ceramic coating to 1,200 dollars, but flatly refused to remove the 4,495 dollar warranty. That left 5,695 dollars of pure markup forced into the deal. When we tried to purchase the vehicle cleanly, they attempted to lock us into a 72-month loan at 12.99 percent APR, adding 6,807.95 dollars in interest and bringing the total sale price past 51,800 dollars. 3. Undisclosed mechanical defects on commercial fleet inventory: The vehicle was a former commercial rental unit from Nevada. During our physical inspection, we found an active, grime-caked fluid leak coating the transfer case. A third-party aftermarket warranty would have routinely denied this repair as a pre-existing condition. On top of that, the vehicle had an open, unaddressed fire safety recall.  We walked away. They will show an attractive price online to get you through the door, only to attempt to inflate the vehicle total past 51,000 dollars on paper using junk fees and long loan terms. Protect your money and take your business to a dealership that conducts business transparently.

It's…read morenormally a stressful thing for some, but for us, it's always a joy since we always knew what we wanted and the prices we're willing to pay. We did our research before we start looking for the ones we liked to buy. Most of Audi dealers are very professional from North to South California. Last month, we wanted to get an Audi for my son going to college next year. Originally we we're going to get a new A5 gas for him, but after looking at all these Audi models and he seemed to like the Audi Etron GT. The 3-4 year old ones with low mileage would cost almost the same price as the new A5, so we decided to find a good one for him. We went to see many cars from various dealers in the Bay and we found this 2022 Daytona Gray at Livermore Audi, a little way from our house but we went to see. We went there first with just my wife and I and we met Adil, the sales professional, he's extremely polite, patient and professional while showing us the car and explained all options of the car. We test drove the car and promised to bring back our son for the final decision, no pressure there. On the weekend, we took our son to see the car. He really liked the beautiful establishment, quite new and modern with many nice Audis in the show room, the water bottles, the coffee machine that I liked. There are many Audis different models to choose from new to used. The car was sold to my son as soon as he saw and test drove the car, he didn't even want to look at the newer A6 EV parked next to the Etron GT. The color Daytona Gray is the one that made the decision for us between the 2023 Black and this one. For us, 2023 Black one deal is better for the money, but the deal is only good if we liked the car and my son really likes this gray one, he could careless about the year. Audi of Livermore gave us 4.5% on the loan which was great. The car was missing a part and Adil promised us without any written promissory note. It's trust. We got a 5 year/75k miles Audi Platinum Warranty for the car to make sure my son doesn't have to worry about fixing the car if anything goes wrong. While we're waiting for finance, Adil created Audi accounts for both my wife and son to the Etron GT on their iPhones which was very beneficial and informative. It was a great experience buying with Livermore Audi, it's worth the long drive. A great deal is when everyone is happy regardless of dollars and cents. When I came to pickup the part ordered, a nice young man Rayon showed me an Etron Q8 which I may buy when my son took his car to college. We do like Audi EV now, extremely comfortable and Luxurious just like our Audi A8L.

I thought the car should still be under warranty, but they "checked" and said my car was out of warranty. I tried to set-up another appointment for a recent brake booster recall and a software issue. This time, they quoted me $330 for the diagnostic fee on the software issue. Sensing something wrong, I called Audi USA and confirmed that my car is under standard warranty until July 2026, which means that Audi Livermore should NOT be charging diagnostic fees at all. Two times in two months of misleading and shady practices. I will be taking my Audi to another dealer going forward. Contacted another local east bay dealer, confirmed my car is still under manufacturer warranty and not charging any fees like Livermore tried to twice.

I worked with a salesperson regarding a used vehicle and made a specific offer over the phone. I…read morespoke with him several times and specifically confirmed the price. He told me they could "make those numbers work," but that I needed to come into the dealership to make it happen. Based on those conversations, I drove to the dealership after work believing we were essentially in agreement on the numbers and just needed to finalize the deal. There was also another issue that concerned me. The CARFAX showed that the vehicle had been involved in a minor accident. I was told that this vehicle had come to this dealership as part of their purchase of a neighboring Porsche dealership. Because of the accident history, I specifically asked to see the repair/work order so I could understand exactly what damage occurred and what repairs had been performed. I asked about this paperwork multiple times and was repeatedly told they would get it for me before I completed any paperwork. However, by the end of the visit, I was told they couldn't find the work order. Considering the vehicle came from a neighboring Porsche dealership that they had acquired, I found it concerning that the repair documentation they had told me they would provide suddenly could not be located. On top of that, I spent about two hours at the dealership. They asked me to fill out a credit application and ran my credit. Given our multiple conversations and the fact that I had confirmed my offer before coming in, I believed we were proceeding based on the numbers we had already discussed. Only AFTER running my credit did they come back with a price approximately 20% higher than my offer. This is the part I find most frustrating. If we were actually that far apart, why wasn't I told that during any of our phone conversations? Why ask me to drive to the dealership after work and run my credit if the dealership was nowhere near the number we had repeatedly discussed? Had they simply told me their actual number beforehand, I would not have made the trip and certainly would not have authorized a credit inquiry. To be fair, everyone was courteous and professional in person. My issue is not with how they spoke to me; it is with the lack of transparency throughout the process. Between being told several times that they could make my numbers work, running my credit before revealing that their price was roughly 20% higher, and being unable to produce the accident repair documentation they had repeatedly said they would provide, the whole experience left me uncomfortable and feeling misled. In the end, I wasted nearly three hours and ended up with an unnecessary credit inquiry without a deal. I would be very careful when dealing with this dealership. If you negotiate a price over the phone, get the numbers in writing before making the trip or allowing them to run your credit. And if you're considering a vehicle with an accident history, I would also insist on seeing the repair documentation before moving forward.

That being said, I went to look at a 20 year old Miata. Joe and Felicia are great and honest people and aren't your usual snake oil salesman. Their place ain't fancy though but don't be fooled. They were willing to let me drive 30+ min from Livermore to Hayward to get a PPI. After that, I explained to them my concerns about the vehicle and they were willing to give me a reasonable price. I live far from the Bay and took a rental car down here and was going to drop it off at a kiosk a mile away, not knowing it closed due to COVID. Joe went out of his way to follow me to Dublin and take me back (on a bus!!). Also due to COVID and being out of state, titling was a difficult process and the two were in constant contact with the DMV, so I was able to get the title soon after. Overall, great people to do business with.

I've had 5 cars in 6 years (not by choice) so I've had plenty of experience dealing with buying used cars from dealerships to private parties. This was bar none the best experience I've had without a doubt. Joe & Mrs. B are definitely a power duo, both wholesome, honest & are just regular folks who just happened to sell cars really. We had put down a $2,000 hold deposit on a specific vehicle, and the communication and customer service we received from the original sales associate left a lot to be desired. There were some pushy and rude interactions that honestly had us questioning whether we even wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we finally came in on Labor Day, things unfortunately didn't start much better. As soon as we walked through the door, a random gentleman at the front desk said, "Oh wow, she's finally here," followed by laughter. Maybe it was intended as a joke, but given everything that had happened leading up to that point, it didn't feel welcoming or funny at all. At that point, we were genuinely prepared to walk away and request our $2,000 deposit back. Thankfully, that's when Najib Noori, the sales floor manager, completely changed the experience for us. He brought us into the customer relations office, sat down with us, listened to our concerns, and was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful. He never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. Instead, he understood why we were hesitant and worked with us until we felt comfortable moving forward. Honestly, if it wasn't for Najib, we would have walked away from the purchase. He did what great management should do -- he listened, understood the situation, and made us feel valued as customers. From there, we worked with Rohan Sharma in Finance, and he was equally fantastic. Rohan made the financing process easy and comfortable. He showed us two loan offers and explained that only one had come back initially, while the second approval was still taking some time. He told us that if the second offer came back with a lower interest rate, he would call us and use that option instead. And he actually followed through. As we were walking out toward our new vehicle, Rohan literally came running out to us to let us know that the second loan had come back with a lower percentage rate and that he was going to use that offer for us. We were genuinely so happy and grateful that he took the extra step to make sure we received the better financing option. That kind of service is what you hope for when making such a major purchase. So while our initial experience with the sales associate and front desk interaction was disappointing, Najib and Rohan completely changed our perception of Dublin Toyota. They turned what could have ended with us walking away and getting our deposit refunded into a purchase we ultimately felt good about. Huge thank you to Najib Noori and Rohan Sharma. You two were the best part of our experience and made us feel comfortable, respected, and taken care of. Thank you, fellas, for making our experience what it should be for every customer who walks through those doors. Dublin Toyota -- take care of these two. They're a great representation of what customer service should look like.

I was recently offered a 2026 GT3 Touring. They asked me $50K over MSRP to "start building a business relationship." I heard those familiar, luring words all over again. They apparently forgot that I've bought multiple GT cars from them, paying more than $50K in markups on each one. I made it clear that I was uncomfortable with the markup, but they still asked me to come in, so I agreed to have a dialogue. During the negotiations, I reminded them of my history with the dealership, including how many cars I've already bought and the nearly $200K I've paid in ADMs over the years. Their response was, "Its new ownership, and you need to give us something." Apparently, my entire purchase history was wiped out the moment new ownership took over. They obviously want my business, but only under their terms--and, in my opinion, those terms are sketchy. I'm actually glad they approached me at a time when I don't need to buy from them. Nevertheless, I would always consider buying a cool car. I hope this review helps some Porsche enthusiasts who are excited about building a relationship with this dealership, as well as people like me who may be seriously considering coming back.
