For three consecutive weeks, we were not placed on the schedule and were only informed 3-5 days later that they were unavailable each time. This pattern made it impossible to plan dependable transportation. Ultimately, we were told the route could no longer be accommodated due to high demand and system issues. Established clients should not lose service mid-year without timely notice or support in finding alternatives.
