The seats booked were in the wrong order, as well as she booked tickets without booking seats on a flight, not sure why but you normally book seats when you book the tickets. The The Activities that were booked were great as well and all the people used were very good and we enjoyed them and had a great time. The biggest issues were that the itinerary we were given was lacking information like the name of the and number for the company that was picking us up from the hotel and transferring us to the airport. In this case the driver was 20 minutes late due to being at the wrong hotel and we had no way of contacting them or the company. Also the plan was to have us picked up 2 hours before our flight out of the country and that should have been arranged for at least 4 hours prior, we almost completely missed our flight due to this mistake, we were scrambling and rushing, of course we were relying on our agent for this and it made for a terrible ending to an overall wonderful trip. Needless to say I would not recommend Lorraine or Altour for your trip booking in the future.
