She matched my hair perfectly, the install was smooth & quick, and it blended perfect. She even carefully placed the extensions around a specific part around my hair so I wouldn't have to worry about them being noticed. Genuinely the kindest human and she took everything I wanted into consideration. During our consultation she carefully told me how to take care of the extensions & what to expect which was amazing. Also, I ordered lunch to the salon and was able to eat and hang out while getting my hair done. All of the girls there were so excited for me to get my hair done which is such a nice bonus. She told me she had seen that appointment several days before the actual day but never made time adjustments in her schedule to dedicate more than 2.5 hr to me. Frankly speaking, it's weird because as a hairstylist of several years you should already know how long a base change and balayage require. The cherry on top was that she was trying to convince me stay for a haircut only. Seems like she didn't want to deal with coloring. Didn't pass the vibe check.
