However the instructor was obviously inexperienced and clearly never been to grade school. and needed a master like me too further ejucate those palates "comrades" to show them how a real deal Pilates ambassador ejects himself off the ground and lands perfectly. Executing THE balbony bend, not only did she perform a incorrect balbony bend but she said and I quote " this is the most stupidest technique" how rude thankfully this was only one incident and hopefully will never happen again!!!! Oh yeah fuck that feels good anyway sorry this place is overall great and such a joy for my skinny self to practice in. I need help. I love how this studio is spotless clean and no smell whatsoever. The staff is kind and every instructor has taken their time to explain each move. I love how every class is different and each instructor brings their own flair. There are 3 tiers of difficulty and highly recommend you master the foundations 1 class level before progressing. There are military and corporate discounts available. Class packs range from 4, 8 or unlimited around $130-230. Highly recommend you ask for their discounts and if you take the intro class they waive the $150 enrollment fee. It's been over a month since I joined and am loving it so far! read more

I joined st the Lynnfield , Ma location, took 1 class and due to a medical condition had to stop. I paid $249 and they are refusing to refund me. I am happy to pay for the one class I took, but the general manager, at the Lynnfield Office is refusing to refund me. I asked to speak to a regional Director or the owner, and she refuses to provide any contact information. She told me she was the final decision maker. Anybody know how I can reach anybody above her? You guys are nothing but a rip off. She assured me that if I was not able to do the classes due to my many medical issues, that I would be refunded. At the Woburn studio, some instructors are great (Sam) and some are not so great. Some of the bad ones demonstrate really unsafe moves, and some are wrapped up in their own workout so you can't see what they're doing unless you're next to them. Also, there are some who are hard to understand or hear becasue they have soft voices, talk too quickly or play the music too loudly. read more

Returning to Club Pilates Lynnfield after many months recovering from a surgery. It was so easy to work with the management team to put my account on hold. I am back and feel wonderful after the very first class. The instructors go through rigorous training and will work with you on modifications. I signed up for an introduction class. The business started calling and texting me constantly to confirm my booking. I did confirm my visit 4 times over a phone call and several text messages. I arrived 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the class. A receptionist registered me for the class. I changed my socks. Here they tell me that they accidentally overbooked the class and I have to leave now. They offered to rebook the class. Do they really think I will come back to this place? I allocated my evening for this activity. I drove to this place for 25 minutes. I confirmed my visit. Very bad business practice. I do not recommend this place as they don't care about your time. read more

I don't understand how or why I would buy a monthly pass for this place. I can't ever get into a class? I'm always waitlisted 4-5 people and it goes two weeks out. They said that most people wait listed get called to go because people cancel but I've been waiting weeks to get into ONE class. It's not even a set time that's booked it's ALL TIMES. read more

I joined this club 13 days ago, 3 days later found a closer club and want to transfer, I left several messages and no one would get back to me. I called the other club for help and she said she would contact the manager and find out if he would get that done. Well he got right back to her but rudely commented (she should learn how to leave messages.) I left several. I went up filled out transfer paper and they have done nothing and won't return any calls. They Also charged me for a no show class that I canceled. I am so stressed out over their unprofessionalism that I am canceling my contract and I'm sure there going to try and get more money. They don't explain anything to u when u sign contract. They make It hard for you to get out but will call immediately to get u in. read more

My newest addiction! As a first timer, the club pilates staff has made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the start. Instructors take their time to make sure we are all getting what we want out of each workout. Front staff always greets me with a smile. I've done pilates my whole life (literally from the time I was 7-now). This was my first time trying pilates without the full class being on a mat. I absolutely loved it - during the introductory class. The manager is super friendly and bubbly, and the studio is immaculate. I couldn't wait to go back for more classes. I went this morning, and the teacher was all over the place and the woman at the front desk was pressuring my friend to buy a package when she told her 3 times she was leaving for California in the morning. I really want to like these classes because I love pilates so much, but I was so disappointed! read more

Joined here 3 months ago and love it. Have been to other studios nearby and none compare to this studio. They have a diversity of classes : from stretching to flow to jumpboard as well as combo classes that include barre or TRX. Teachers are great and enthusiastic. read more

I have been a regular twice per week since they opened in late June. I absolutely love the place. The reformer class is just what I am looking for. Teaching is very upbeat attentive and knowledgeable. When I started I had difficulty with some moves, but I feel myself getting stronger each week. I've been to other studios and did not fell welcomed, here I feel like part of the family. read more
