    Chicken chimichanga

I LOVE this place! I've been coming here for years and everything's delicious. I've had their nachos, their wings, the Skinny Salad, and many other things. Their tacos are DELICIOUS! Tonight I'm having a chicken chimichanga. It's scrumptious!

Very, very good Mexican spot. Everything I had from this place was very tasty. I wanted to try quite a variety of items from this spot, including the quesadilla, platanos Fritos, and the tres leches. Every single thing I had was very good. To start, the main meal, the quesadilla, was quite filling. They served it with complimentary rice. The rice was surprisingly flavorful, and had a great soft texture. The quesadilla itself was also quite good, filled with a nice amount of cheese. Simple but tasty. The platanos Fritos were also excellent. The plantains themselves were sweet and soft. Almost worthy of being a dessert. The cheese they had on top was a bit unnecessary in my opinion, as it was stringy and tasted a bit like plastic. But still, very good overall. The tres leches was an excellent dessert to end off the night. So creamy, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. They definitely do not hold back on the whipped cream here (which was a tad excessive). All in all, a very nice Mexican spot. I would definitely come again. Enjoyed everything I had.

Very quick for takeout and on street metered parking right in front. The skinny salad was tasty but didn't have Mexican flavors. I like the egg. However the egg and dressing leaked from the takeout container onto the tortilla chips below making them soggy by the time I got home. The guac was good and could have used more flavor. All of the food was fresh.

A wonderful local Mexican restaurant! They have a spacious indoor room and bar, but I highly recommend their patio. The tables are covered so you won't get too hot and it's very peaceful. The service is great with coming to your table right away for drinks and giving you enough time to review the menu. There are so many delicious options to choose from! I ended up going with the Arrachera BTOS-K tacos. The tacos came with fresh cilantro, onion, and lime; with a very flavorful avocado salsa drizzled on top. The grilled flank steak was a bit chewy in some bites, but overall delicious. I also got rice as a side and it was seasoned nicely and not boring like typical white rice. I was still a bit hungry after my 2 tacos, but happy with my order, I'd just recommend getting 3. Looking forward to coming back to try more of their food!

First time here and this place is a gem! It doesn't look like much on the outside and I have driven past it so many times! The street tacos were so good, the chorizo and Barbacoa were my favs. I can't wait to go back and try more on the menu!

Y'ALL.LIED (& so did their website) :/ Margaritas started at $3, MORE, than their website says. I got their wings. Partly out of spite bc I had picked and driven to them, wanting to try one of their, reasonably priced, "dangerously good margaritas", but at 2-3x what I can get, elsewhere, I didn't. And, after getting these, dried out, SKIMP, greasy, odd tasting wings, I'm GLAD I DIDN'T. I work in the food industry (and a passionate cook/foodie, myself) HOW are you going to serve someone, THIS!?! SMH ONLY customer and she was in the kitchen/back (I was at the bar), most of the time. OH, and no tap beers, either.

YES. YES. YES. This hands down is the best Mexican food in Pittsburgh! First off, the margarita was perfect! Literally they hand squeezed fresh lime and lemon. No concentrated mix! I've never had a marg that good before! Secondly, the tacos. Ahh the tacos. So good. Such fresh ingredients. And the corn tortillas were amazing. The Al Pastor were soooo good, and the chorizo Street tacos were awesome! I just can't get over how authentic this place is. It's the real deal. RUN, don't walk to try this place. I'll be back for sure!

The service here is excellent. In both visits the attentiveness has been perfect. The environment is musical, decorative, and darker. It is great for a date, a visit with friend, or a chance to scratch that taco itch. Now, their tacos are so good. My favorite is the chicken taco (sounds boring?); these tacos are amazing. While flavor is fine, it's the same size you can buy at Chipotle for $3. Then, the queso fundido is bad. The queso isn't really melted, the flavor is missing, and they don't give tortillas to eat it with, just tortilla chips. For $14, this is really bad. The chips and salsa is again bad. The chips are so stale which is disappointing. Don't get the fajitas. I got the "mix 3" and ordered chicken and shrimp. There were 5 pieces of shrimp and a few measly, dry pieces of chicken. At $22, fajitas should also come with tortillas. But again, no tortillas are provided. Quite disappointing. Churros are decent and the chocolate ice cream is actually tasty (definitely store bought). Avoid this restaurant if you don't want to be scammed and left disappointed in the entire experience.

These tacos are made Mexican style, meaning it comes with onions and cilantro with lime on the side. It also came with a side of grilled onions and potatoes. The potatoes were too soft in my opinion. I think if you were going for grilled side veggies, it's better to make it a tad crispy and browned. For the Taco Tuesday Special, I got the al pastor, steak fajita, and chicken tinga tacos. The best one had to be the al pastor because it wasn't dry and had lots of flavor. I opted for the red morita spicy sauce, and trust it actually has spice and kick to it. The tacos are double layered, which is nice. Decent meal for a Tuesday dinner, their menu is pretty basic for a taco place. For instance, their only dessert is churros with chocolate sauce.

I'm guessing to simplify things for the Draft crowd that they anticipated coming. Our server finally came to take our drink order and after so long we knew what we wanted. The server wasn't exactly friendly or attentive. We started with street corn as an appetizer, it was awesome. My wife had the chicken tacos and didn't like them.
